Redd's is a unique place, and Redd herself--the owner and primary bartender/server--is a delight. She told us the history of the pub and how the bar was designed and made, which was very interesting. At 6 PM, she starts taking requests and singing pop songs throughout the evening, which makes the whole experience even more memorable. My wife and I both had burgers, and they were cooked perfectly to order. She had the slaw as her side, and I had Redd's mother's potato salad, which was delicious. We enjoyed the food, the atmosphere, and visiting with some of the regulars as they filled in around the bar. It's a neat place--maybe a little eccentric, but in the best way--and a lot of fun. For the type place it is, we give it 5 STARS. We will definitely be back.

The host was friendly and eager to get us a table, but nothing available- 15 min wait. Two seats open at the bar so we moved quick! Makala was our bartender. She was fantastic; friendly and super knowledgeable. We shared a smash burger, relax haters we had a late lunch and wanted room for dessert. Smash burger with fries was fantastic. Seasoned perfectly and the sliced pickles were great. Turtle Cheesecake was , so good! Atmosphere was 10! Staff was 10! Food was 10! We visit this area 3-4 times a year, see you again in March!

We landed at Local Catch in search of grouper and we found it! I loved their blackened grouper with beurre blanc sauce, green beans and mashed potatoes. Before diving into the grouper, I shared nachos with the table and they too were surprisingly awesome. Local Catch makes their nachos with home made tortillas and something about how they topped them with pork, lots of cheese, and a little bit of a sweet salsa, madee them memorable. Other items on the seafood and American fare inspired menu include tacos, burgers, po' boys, steaks and salad. If I wasn't craving grouper, it would have been hard to choose. Service was excellent as well. We visited during the busy spring break season and there was plenty of parking in the private lot. In addition to indoor seating, there are also some tables on the front patio. I'd love to return and try many more menu items and my leam with a draft beer or cocktail.
