Went there for two small decaf americanos to go to the beach this am. Came to $13.08. I could have gotten a lot better latte elsewhere for that. I asked how is this $13.00? He said the cream is $2.00. They charge $1.00 for cream. That's it for me, never set foot in there again. read more

This place seems to be a little underrated which is unfortunate. Been here several times and really enjoyed my time here. The customer service is pretty good though I see why some people mention the wait time as being a little bit long. However it seems like they're trying to address this problem. I will definitely be coming back because the coffee, food, and donuts never disappoint. Everything is always delicious and definitely worth the money. I ordered the breakfast tacos, a blueberry cake doughnut and the house blend coffee. it was amazing! Everyone was friendly. I am particular about drip coffee and throughly enjoyed mine. I will return for more. The tacos were amazing. I'm not crazy about eggs but the blend they put in the breakfast tacos was perfect. The blueberry cake doughnut did not last long. Delicious delicious food but the service is poor on 7/30. We asked the young gentleman at the counter what his favorite of the donuts were and he was annoyed with us. Did not make eye contact and mumbled responses. This demeanor happened on two separate occasions. It was all alright. We ordered the cold brew and a frozen vanilla coffee. The cold brew didn't seem like cold brew. It seemed like an iced coffee (i.e. coffee brewed hot and chilled vs [real cold brew] coffee brewed cold for a long time.) Although it was good iced coffee. The frozen vanilla coffee was actually pretty good. A bit sweet but I don't love sweet things. I also think they used powdered milk in it. Did not have their food but seemed good. Service was fast and exactly what it should be. Ambiance was a little too open and big of a room for me. Not very "homey" but not bad in any specific way. There's no reason not to try it. read more

Visited Cafe Aroma last year when it was still under construction and looked forward to visiting during our trip to PCB this year. I was not disappointed! I decided to visit on Valentine's Day this year to see if they had anything special. I purchased this glazed raised donut with red candied sprinkles and icing on top as their Valentine donut and it was amazing. The topping was very sweet and the donut was very rich and robust - similar to brioche. I also purchased a apple-filled bear claw which was truly in the form of a long bear claw and was a large sized donut. It reminded me of apple pie and was delicious. I also learned that this is part of the Charlie's 30A donut chain as they expand to begin a coffee shop serving donuts. Excellent donuts wherever you buy them from Charlie's and highly recommend this spot when visiting PCB. read more

honestly this was the worst coffee shop I have been to...would not recommend. wayyyyy overpriced for the portions. we got breakfast bowls with "eggs and bacon" pshh yeah right. they sprinkled bacon bits on top and put like 1/2 an egg on it. also, they got my coffee order way wrong. not to mention the customer service was terrible. every one of the workers had a bad attitude. the overall vibe of this place sucked. would only recommend if you enjoy overpaying for crappy service and toddler portions. read more

We're on vacation and decided we wanted to stop in for some breakfast and coffee. The menu was quite extensive and there were plenty of options to choose from for both food and drinks! We ordered 2 breakfast bowls and a bacon, egg and cheese bagel. The food was absolutely delicious and very fresh! We also got a bagel before we left and it was very good, soft and fresh. The coffee and hot chocolate we got were good but nothing to write home about. The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because it was rather pricey. I'll admit that they give bigger portions than some other coffee shops for the prices, but we spent quite a bit for coffee and breakfast for only three people. The woman working in the store was very unfriendly. I got a 16-ounce large matcha latte hot with oat milk. It was $6.50. I took one sip of it, which was disgusting. I threw it away. It didn't taste anything like a matcha latte. I don't know what the drink was, but I drink matcha lattes all of the time. I wouldn't recommend this place. I will also never be back there. read more

Amazing spot for a coffee and CHARLIE'S doughnuts in the morning. Was happy to find this spot. They serve Lucky Goat Coffee (amazing flavor) have Iced Coffee on tap and offer a variety of breakfast sandwiches, bagels, etc... they also have great lunch sandwiches and awesome ice cream for the hot afternoons. Somewhat of a hidden gem, it never feels overwhelming like other spots and the staff are very friendly. Check them out! read more

This place suffers from poor staffing, training and lack of basic customer service skills. We spent $50 in a glorified coffee shop and I had to ask them to make my sandwich 10 minutes after everyone else had their order. The mocha bubble tea was awful and we had to ask for something else. The guy at the counter is impossible to understand and you have to ask him to repeat everything he says. Avoid. read more
