We are extremely disappointed and frustrated with our experience purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. We purchased a used car with over 100,000 miles. When we first picked it up, it seemed to be running fine. However, just one day later, the Check Engine light came on. The vehicle was diagnosed with a misfire in Cylinder 3. After taking it to our mechanic, we learned that the spark plugs--one of the most basic maintenance items--had never been replaced. As a result, we had to spend an additional $600 out of our own pocket just to address the problem. Unfortunately, the problems didn't stop there. After driving the car for less than 500 miles, the engine began overheating due to high coolant temperatures. Our mechanic performed another inspection and found that coolant was leaking into one of the cylinders, indicating a serious internal engine problem. We were then informed that the repair would cost thousands of dollars. We contacted the dealership's manager, hoping they would stand behind the vehicle they sold us. Instead of taking responsibility or trying to help resolve the issue, the manager dismissed our concerns and blamed our mechanic, the very person who accurately diagnosed the vehicle's problems. We are now left with a vehicle that requires major repairs and are struggling to figure out how we will pay for them. This has caused our family significant financial stress and emotional frustration. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. We encourage anyone considering buying from them to have the vehicle thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic before signing any paperwork or handing over any money. We wish we had done the same. We were very disappointed with this experience, and we hope our story helps others avoid what we are facing. WE EXTREMELY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE NOT TO BUY FROM THIS GULLIVER AUTO GROUP BECAUSE YOU WILL JUST BE WASTING YOUR MONEY WITH THEM. THIS IS THE WORST CAR DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER MET. THEY ARE A MESS!

After a bit of hunting around last April, I found a listing on eCarOne's website for a 2022 Model S Palladium, fully loaded with lifetime FSD, as well as a very rare build spec. I decided to give them a shot, and was definitely not left disappointed. I can honestly say this was one of the easiest car-buying experiences I've had, especially making the switch from a Yukon Denali over to a Model S (very uncommon, no?). eCarOne guaranteed to match the trade-in offer of CarMax BEFORE they appraised my trade-in, and furthermore completely matched CarMax's offer (a very generous one, by the way) with no questions asked. The sales department, and my sales representative, Adam, were fantastic to work with from start to finish--professional, completely straightforward, and negotiable. As always, there may be some add-ons, but after some negotiations, eCarOne willingly lowered their non-haggle price just to ensure a smooth and easy sale! (Plus they gave a few extra add-ons included with the price!) Where eCarOne's experience really started to shine, though, was after purchasing. Most places usually leave you with whatever problems the car has. eCarOne did the exact opposite: I noticed the 3rd brake light had started to go out, amidst a couple of other minor issues. eCarOne fully covered the cost of my repairs AFTER I had purchased the vehicle, a bill of $2.4k if I had paid out of pocket. Furthermore, any inconveniences caused by this repair were also covered by their team. I am beyond astonished and impressed at this level of customer service. A few months later and the car is absolutely perfect! If you're looking for a dealership that actually respects your time and their customers, I highly recommend and urge you to look at eCarOne, the sales department, and most importantly Adam and the manager, Michael, for standing behind their cars to the fullest extent. I would absolutely buy from them again, and highly recommend checking their cars out!

Long story short I found a car at a different dealership that was hard to find, they were a bit stiff and offered me below value what KBB said I could get for my great condition low mileage car with premium package. The dealer where I was getting the car I wanted (I'll just say it - Audi Plano!?#$% Avoid them at all costs if you want a FAIR deal) they offered me a RIDICULOUSLY below average amount - what KBB suggested. I walked out frustrated and tired physically and mentally. Thank God I noticed Carmax nearby and thought Why Not? I walked in, there was very much a dmv feel to it Lots of people, sitting everywhere, lot's of traffic in and out. There was a monitor with peoples names/appointment times at the front desk. I thought, wow how am I going to get an appraisal on a weekend with all these people? When it was my turn the guy was very nice and said no problem, we can do that for you and he re-directed me to the business window which was nearby. I was still skeptical and cranky given what I had been through at another dealership. Business desk had a lot going on too, but they seemed to be in good spirits with each other and the people who approached them! Complete opposite from previous dealer. I was greeted by Micah (sp?) who was seemed relaxed despite the busyness, she told me how appraisals worked in a matter of fact way, when I hesitantly asked how long all this would take, she quickly said it should be no more than 30 mins with a confident smile. I was still skeptical but refused to give away my car for the measly amount the other dealer offered me. Well, I went to the bathroom, people watched and yeah about 30 mins later, she came back with my appraisal quote! way more than MORE than what the stingy dealer down the street was offering me and ABOVE KBB !! If I didn't want the other car so bad at A/P, I would've gladly told them to touch grass! But unfortunately they had what I needed. I would have felt much better to have bought from Carmax, everyone I encountered there was friendly, professional and got things done in a great amount of time! I want to thank Micah again for being so patient with me and explaining things while I was under great personal stress and timelines as well (death in the family, trade in car papers expiring etc). I sold my beloved car to Carmax in Plano, had a GREAT experience from beginning to end and wanted to let them know I appreciate them being a positive part in such a stressful weekend for me. Thanks again!!!! (SH)

The purchase was efficient - I paid their full asking price with no haggling and was out the door in about an hour including financing through one of their preferred lenders. The following morning, I took my newly purchased car to Discount Tire to confirm the condition of the tires and potentially purchase insurance on them and was told that they were at a level that warranted immediate replacement. The tread depth ranged from 2/32 to 5/32. I believed that I had purchased from a reputable dealership and was shocked to find out they would sell me a car with such low tire tread, especially without disclosing it to me. I spent a total of $1,178 dollars replacing the tires. I reached back out to Nick on Monday 7/13 and requested assistance in covering the replacement tires and was told he would run it by "the owners" to see what they could do. I went followed up with him several times over the last 9 days and finally got an answer this morning that they would not do anything for me. I was not expecting that they fully cover brand new tires on a used vehicle but do believe they should share in the cost. Replacing tires that have no life left should be included in the normal cost of refurbishing a car for resale by a dealer.
