I purchased a vehicle from the Arlington location that was moved from this location on 2/23/2024. On 4/11/2024, after approximately 1200 miles, the check engine light came on. The first shop completed $1200 in repairs, and the second, another $1200. Upon repairing the final in a long list of issues discovered the turbo was not working. This car failed inspection 4 days before it was passed with no repairs. It was forced through inspection for a quick sell, something I was not made aware of until after the sell. I am out 2 deductibles and weeks without a car, and the vehicle is now on it's way to the third shop for manufacturer warrantied repairs, the dealership did not attempt and failed to disclose, voiding their dealers license. I was blatantly misled, and when contacted told me there was nothing they could do, I bought the warranty. Stated they provide a rental, but I shouldn't have a vehicle in the shop for weeks at a time 6 weeks after a purchase. They're dirty, and acting in bad faith. read more

Our sales rep was Marshall. We looked at several cars, specifically the Maza CX5. After looking online then having one transferred over from another location we met with Marshall for a test drive. The criteria for an AWD car was to be a Florida only vehicle. So, as you can image this was a difficult task. We found a 2021 white CX5 with 54000 miles or so, that we liked and wanted to purchase. I had already unlocked my credit and was approved for the loan. During the closing process or near to it, Marshall was in the mindset of controlling the narrative at every step of the entire process. Using phrases like he only came in on his day off for us and other manipulative language trying to induce the sale. I ignored all the noise and focused on my wife's desire to like a car that met our needs. As you well know this process is challenging. At the preliminary meetings on other units available Marshall kept trying to upsell on the extended service plans. I declined several times, and he finally relented. I made this point very clear. Upon our last meeting for the purchase of the vehicle that my wife liked and I agreed upon. Marshall kept pushing the service plans. Starting with the 60 months, then the 48 months, then 36 months all were declined while he kept running the pricing on each plan. I kept insisting he drop the plans. He kept persisting to the point where I was starting to have a severe anxiety attack and told him so. he just ignored me and continued with the hard sell. I finally told him I had to leave because I was having anxiety issues and had no meds with me. he continued with we only have 5-10 minutes left, let me get my manager for you and we'll go over the plans together. I stood up and before you know it there's the finance manager standing in the doorway. I told him I had to leave right away and would come back in the next day. He let me pass and we left. I recovered 3 days later. I lost an incredible amount of time and energy finding this car. When someone tells you they're having mental issues you need to respect that and release them. read more

Where do I begin?! I was first referred here by a young lady at a ERAC rental agency who had purchased a car here herself. She was quite pleased with the experience and I needed a car fast as mine had been totalled out so in search I went. I worked with Joshua as a Sale's Rep. and Willy Toledo manager wise. I came in knowing the exact type of vehicle I wanted and Josh respected that, Willy on the other hand tried to push a more compact car. After trying a few vehicles out, and dealing with my impatient toddler we started to get tiresome so I found myself having to take the reigns. Willy sensed this immediately and didn't want to lose the business and kicked things into high gear which I appreciated. I was able to work out a fabulous deal and leave with the car and mileage I wanted. After you leave the lot though, you kind of feel like a lost fish. The customer service is lost and unless it's a serious mechanical issue or new sale, it's lacking and honestly kind of turned me towards new places in the future. What a terrible experience! This was hard for me to todo since I liked Enterprise, and I have been renting cars with them since 1993, but This experience was so bad I had to share it. The shortage of rental cars is accurate. My car insurance is contracted with Enterprise, and the goal is for things to go smoothly, BUT that's far from the truth. It started with the car I reserved was not ready due to the vehicle being sent to the mechanic for service, "I get it." Still, the fact that the assistant manager Jessica Carithers looked me dead in the eye and said she had another car available and tried to pass off a midsize car to a full-size vehicle was really frustrating and downright insulting. If I had no idea of the difference between a midsize and full-size, she could have pulled it off, but one, I'm a car guy, and two, I've been renting cars before you were born. Not only was she dishonest, but she was combative and not friendly. I would stay away from this location and Enterprise as a whole company. I'm actively speaking with my car insurance to give us other options regarding using other car rental companies. My second issue is the general manager. I called the enterprise 1800 number, filed a complaint, and was told by Ricardo, the Area Manager would call me; that was 30-plus days ago, and no call yet. The 1-800 reps and the local branch have limited communication since what I explained to the Enterprise 1-800 rep never actually made it to the local office; sad but true. Although I'm only one customer and my rental business is non-relevant to a company like Enterprise, I will take my little money elsewhere. And they never respond when they are going to pay for the car. They promise that when they receive the title from the lien holder they will send the check the next day and is not true. I purchased a Nissan Rouge on 02.09.22 with a 7-day return policy. I returned the vehicle within that time frame. I paid a 200.00 restock fee. I thought everything was taken care of until I was hit with a tollway bill simply because Enterprise Car sales did not remove the paper tags that was in my name. After talking to them about this problem and paying the 200.00 restock fee within the time frame the manager told me that they will not pay the tollway bill and that I was responsible. I feel as if I was not treated fair because they used my tags that should have been removed as part of the restock fee of 200.00 that I paid. I was taken advantage of as an elderly female. I paid almost 1,000 dollars to get a VW Tiguan to be. Shipped from Memphis Tennessee to Plano Texas enterprise car sales. The sales person, Albert assured me that the vehicle would arrive in a day or 2. After paying my fee and a week later, the vehicle arrives with engine problems and a broken mirror. Albert assured me that vehicle was fine but continued to not respond when I asked for updates..unless I called the mainline and pretended to be a new customer. I finally called the collision center who informs me that the engine was missing a part and they will replace the mirror versus trying to put it together with tape like they previously tried. I also emailed review@ehi.com like Lisa stated with proof of text messages but haven't received anything back yet ..which tells me that either these responses from Lisa S are canned responses that is automated or it's total BS to look good to its readers. I recently purchased my first vehicle through Enterprise Car Sales and I can not say enough about the high level of customer service I received. The sales reps that I worked with were Andrew and Chris, they were both phenomenal! The manager I was working with was Dennis, who was extremely friendly and down to earth. First: When coming in to look at the inventory they had, and determining which vehicle I wanted to purchase, they were very patient and accommodating as I took my time and changed my mind several times about which car I wanted. I had a free transfer of a vehicle, and ended up wanting a different one, they had no problem with that and immediately transferred the other vehicle to their location. Second: As this was my first time purchasing a vehicle, I did my due diligence and shopped around at other local dealers. None of the other dealers could compare to the quality of vehicles and level of care that Enterprise provided (yes I looked at Carmax.) They assured me that if there was something "wrong" with the vehicle or something that I didn't like, they would do everything in their power to help me. They even have a 7 day buyback guarantee. Third: Purchasing a vehicle is a very serious financial decision, therefore some amount of stress is anticipated to make sure you're purchasing a quality vehicle that will last for a long time. When I came in to sign the paper work it was about an hour before they closed. Being that my vehicle was transferred I took my time to inspect it and test drive it. The paperwork process is simple and easy, enterprise got me approved for an interest rate way lower than any other bank/dealership. I asked the sales rep and manager to verify many things for me, including towing capacity of the vehicle and tread depth of the tires, pretty much everything I could think of. They didn't hesitate to look into every single question I had, no matter how tedious or probably unreasonable of me. The sales rep and manager ended up staying about 2 hours late to help me out, but they took their time to go over everything in detail and I did not feel rushed at all! Andrew even came outside with us and offered to take a family picture of us with the bow on our new car! In conclusion, the stress of making a considerable financial decision like this is not easy (especially for a first time car buyer) but enterprise really went the extra mile to help me out. I felt like family the whole time I was there, they are all GREAT with kids and even have different toys/prizes for them, so don't feel discouraged about bringing them along! I receive a rental vehicle that was covered under my warranty from huffhines Chrysler. I was unknowing charged for the additional protection for 5 days. I never get it because I know how good my personal protection is. Please beware , they are nice but make sure to check your bill before walking out. What can I not say about this place? Amazing, perfect, stress free car buying experience! My husband and I had been looking for a Chrysler 300 for about 3 months, but it was never quite what we were looking for. We never would have thought of looking through a rental company. We were out of town working in Houston, my husband got a call from Tyler Stowe with Enterprise Car Sales, looking for Mary something-or-other. He said this isn't Mary, but we happen to be looking for a car... Tyler asked what we were looking for, he said they just got one with 32K miles on it! We explained we were out of town for the next couple days, but have a substantial down payment and would be glad to check it out when we were back in Dallas. He called us when we were back in town, he was very friendly and we set up a day to come check it out. I checked their website, saw every car has a Car-fax available, which I found to be a good sign about the dealership. My husband and I do not have good credit, they work with 15 different lenders so you can get approved (ours is all the way in Louisiana). We had 4500 to put down, so they got our payments down to 340 a month for a 2010, 32K mile Chrysler 300 Touring. Tyler had Enterprise drive the car down from Arlington to Plano, which saved us quite some time. He is a genuine guy who knows what he's doing, and you can definitely trust him. Coming from the Galleria, we were always running late cuz of traffic, he stayed late just for us. When we had to explain why our DP was only 4500 when we had told him 5K the first thing he asked was if our sick bird was ok. He actually cared too, that's when I knew I was writing him a review he deserves. When we picked the car up, he told us the front tire was looking low so he took it to Firestone and had them put a whole new wheel on it. He even hand detailed the car for us. People say buying a rental is always bad, but all of their cars are basically brand new. We walked the whole lot and never saw one vehicle with over 40K miles on it, or older than 3 years. Most of their cars are American. All of Enterprise's cars come certified, and usually with the low miles you still have a Manufacturer's warranty, as well as a warranty they offer. Our car came with the Manufacturers Warranty, 38K mile bumper to bumper, and the 100k power train warranties. We couldn't have asked for a smoother experience, stop looking and come here! Honestly, I was a bit skeptical about buying a car from a rental car company, but after Tyler Stowe explained the maintenance program and how they take care of their cars step by step, I was more at ease.
