Not exactly the easiest size to find in a pinch. Tonquin didn't have size 16 either-- but the super, super helpful guy working there understood our dilemma, and gave us a recommendation of where we COULD find a size 16, in exactly the type/brand of shoe we were looking for. He saved us from driving around all day to every Famous Footwear trying to find something that might work. So. Although I didn't end up buying anything at Tonquin, I was really impressed (and grateful!) by their "can't-get-it-at-Macy's-get-it-at-Gimbels" attitude, which saved our vacation. If I go back (and I loved the area...I'm already planning my next trip), I'd totally patronize Tonquin with my outdoorsy needs!
