Last night 10/14 around 7:30pm, we stopped by to get some .22 ammo. My husband thought it was a great deal that he saw online but came to realize when we arrived that he had been looking at deals in UTAH. Lol. At the gun counter we asked the customer service guy about it and he barely looked up from his computer, offered no suggestions or help to find the product or comparables. I don't even think the guy shifted on his stool. He might have taken his eyes of his computer screen, but not sure. A manager came out, Nathan, who was super helpful in helping me get the right fishing gear as well as tips on where to go in the local area. I purchased a Sitka hoody in mid October 2022, while I was cleaning my pack out today 12/22/22, I noticed the Zipper was broke. I returned to the store today 12-22-22 and asked for an exchange or in store credit, I showed my receipt, I was told NO on all accounts, the lady's at the front where awesome, they explained it was past 30 days! Staff was helpful until I waited in line for 20 minutes to check out while 6 employees walked around acting like they had no idea how to check anyone out and the manager did nothing either. In fact we are all still standing in line. read more

My husband and mother-in-law went to this location to purchase a kayak. AFTER paying over $400 for the kayak, the employee told them they would need to sign an acceptance of liability form in order for him to assist them to the car with the kayak. They refused and therefore had to carry it to their vehicle and load it by themselves. Had I been the one purchasing it, I would have returned it that moment. What nonsense. read more

Extremely pleased with Sportsman's Warehouse. Just purchased a firearm from them. They had the best price I've ever seen on the model I selected. But where it really counts is the service and wait time. I recently purchased a similar item from one of their national competitors up in Lacey. I literally have like 5 hours of waiting in the other store for paperwork and redundant questions and checks. I grant that part of this is the new legislation put on by our state's politicians, but Sportsman's hands down proved to be insanely more efficient. In both purchases I went in knowing exactly what I was going to buy. Sportsman's had a sales person with me immediately and I was on way out, having filled out the legal documentation within about 15 minutes. Once the state's waiting period passed, I returned and again was greeted immediately and out with my new firearm within about 10 minutes. Cabela's needs to take a few lessons from SW. Great job SW. You will be my 1st choice, if I decide to buy another firearm. read more

EPIC FAIL OF BIBLICAL PROPORTIONS.. i tried to return a propane stove that i had previously bought at this store... of course since i did not have the origional box the store manager denied the return.... I have previously spent hundreds in this store and tried to spend my dollars locally and have had decent luck there.... but this broke the camels back.... i will travel to 30minutes to cabelas to recieve only slightly better treatment, but have no illusions i will not be trading with sportsmans. read more

My wife and myself went to the Kelso, WA store and purchased 3 10/22 TD's for our kids and a Ruger Precision for me for Father's Day. They then refused to sell my wife the RPR because it was for me. After explaining this is legal for a spouse to buy their other a firearm, they refused. So we cancelled the 3 other guns and they lost $2500. I informed them I was now on my way to Gators to get the 4 guns. Larry then called Gators and told them we were on our way to conduct a 'straw deal' well, Gators informed him we were breaking no law and thanked him for the business. A month and a half later, today we went into the same Sportsmans and the manager Sarah, told me and my wife we were banned from all Sportsmans for life. I'm in awe...these FOOLS have no idea of the law and have violated our 2nd amendment rights. Not sure what can be done about this but Monday I will be contacting an attorney. It's okay we were banned, it makes more sense for me to drive to Portland, 30 minutes. Away and save the tax. What a total crap company. I'd actually give this company zero stars if it were possible. read more
