The staff is super friendly, they made great efforts to get me seen quickly whenever I needed it, they took every issue seriously and gave me the best dental care I've ever gotten. I was always surprised when the dentist (father and son I think) remembered me with 6 months between appointments. Superb dental care paired with a really great friendly environment.

But after wasting a few trips going to the office over the course of a few months to set up getting a big implant procedure, ALL of the sudden Sarah and Dr. Tim told me they would not be making enough money on their contracted price with the insurance company and would only do it if I paid the full regular price ! ​​office manager, Sarah said they were now in the process of getting out of their contract with the insurance company. I immediately called my insurance company who said they were still a network provider and the Ins. had approved my procedure... Total beat and switch! Don't fall for Dr ​Tim's phony bedside manner!

If it were possible to give a negative STAR rating, I would certainly be doing so…read more After waiting in the chair more than 15 minutes, for a cleaning, service was refused because I had said to the hygienist that I did not need an exam, as I had one in December and this appointment was for a cleaning only. I had confirmed yesterday that this appointment was for a cleaning only! They pull this crap every time, and then I get billed over and above my insurance coverage. The last actual exam lasted about 4 minutes. I have no upper teeth and only 12 remaining lowers, but still get charged the same for a cleaning, which I understand, but don't feel is right. Dentistry is the last biggest medical scam out there. Now, I met the young Dr. Chitwood for the first time, today. What an arrogant individual he is! After telling me he wouldn't let the hygienist clean my teeth unless he was going to also do an exam, keep in mind I had this done in late December when I didn't get the cleaning I had scheduled because they'd had a hygienist quit, I tore off the bib I'd been wearing for 15 plus minutes and proceeded to leave. He followed me out sll the while making remarks, taunting me, and then remarked about there is the door. It must be awful to work for someone suffering from Napoleon syndrome, as he clearly does. No wonder it is so hard to get in for a cleaning at this practice. My best advice, find a dentist who accepts whatever insurance you currently have, and ask yourself why dentists don't post the costs fort their services, or work a full day on Fridays, ever. Then my husband was told by co worker of this place and when he went I couldn't believe the difference in price and how they just took him in on the spur of the moment. I decided to switch and go there and I Absolutely love the dentist, she is honest, patience and understanding. Had to cavities filled and never felt a thing. So glad I went with my gut.
