I was told to leave and don't come back, because I expressed my opinion on their priceing policies. Later, when I got home, I started thinking maybe the price increase was due to possible pandemic price gouging. Now, five years later, I've been referred to them again, and they still will not see me. From that first appointment onward I got a bit more at ease every time I went there. After about 2 years I came to realize that I was not going to get hurt there, that everything was explained in detail before any procedures were conducted, and that my concerns would be addressed at every turn. I managed the pain for 3+ years by chewing on the opposite side of my mouth & not biting cold foods. When I finally got good insurance & a day off, I tried out Hom. Hom located decay & advised a crown-- no root canal. The staff was patient with me needing triple numbing & responsive in assisting with pain management.
