Do not go here! I am currently a patient there and I regret ever stepping foot in there. I hope they see this review.Those girls in the front are the worse receptionists I've encountered. They do not know how to do their job. They don't communicate with the doctor personally they just send "emails" regarding your concern. Days later when I call for an update Dr Balu hasn't even opened the emails they sent her so I'm sitting here with no answer and no appointment. They have rescheduled my appointment 3 times already because the dr left early or she had an emergency and they tell me this the day before. Neither the Doctor nor the front desk staff care about the urgency of your appointment. They schedule you weeks away only to cancel the day before. Horrible customer service I was placed on hold 3 separate times only to be hung up on each time while waiting to make an appointment . Not sure if it was deliberate but I kept calling trying to get in touch with someone as I was referred to this location by my doctor. I couldn't even get through to make my appointment or give my referral code. This place is a joke, was basically a waste of time as I couldn't even get through to anyone. I get if there's a high volume of calls but you work at an office that's what you signed up for, don't hang up on people that are on hold. Half star because the front staff hate their job.They don't seem to know what they are doing. The day before my appointment they call me to move my appointment time to earlier and I can't leave work that early ALL because the Dr Balu will be leaving early that day. I scheduled it late because it's the only time I can go, but it seems doctor Balu wants to leave early often because this is the second time it has happened. Then I scheduled for another day and on that day they said she had an emergency and we had to reschedule again! I have been rescheduled several times due to the doctor not being available at the time my appointment was made weeks ago. Like how is she not available for an appointment I made 3 weeks ago? She leaves early therefore my appointment is rescheduled 2 weeks out. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any doctors office. After going in for my initial appointment one of the doctors that works there kept asking me "what did you tell me? What were we talking about?, I forgot what we were discussing?" This happened several times, and by this point I knew there was no solid communication and the doctor could not retain any information whatsoever. Then they stated they wanted to set up a sleep study, I aske the doctor " do I need to go to the other building (as it is just across the way) and set up an appointment?" There answer was NO, they informed me to come in at 8:30 PM on a weeknight and they would take care of it. I asked her if I needed to bring anything and she also replied NO. So, after a few days I just wanted to clarify again that I did not need to bring anything. I called Dr. Gupta's office, the receptionist took my birthdate and name and looked me up. She stated "no, I see you in here, you don't need to bring anything with you. I picked up someone to watch my house and dogs overnight, picked up a small dinner and showed up at 8:30pm. Immediately I was told by the nurse performing the sleep studies "you need an appointment, there is no room for you here tonight." I will give him credit, he profusely apologized and stated "I will send the main office a message for you and let them know what happened, I am very sorry." I was infurated by this point as I then had to take the person watching my home back to their house and pay them for their time. In the next days I received no phone call, no email, nothing. So I called the main office and all the lines were busy so I left a message stating I would like a call back. Still nothing. I wrote a formal complaint to Dr. Gupta, and what a surprise, no response! If you need to have a sleep study or have issues with Apnea or Narcolepsy, I would AVOID THIS DR'S OFFICE at all costs. There is absolutely no customer service and no care for their patients. It is not only a deplorable attitude but unprofessional on so many levels. The anthropocentric attitude and medacious behavior of the doctors there will not help you solve your issues. I arrived on time for my appointment and had to wait 90 minuets for a PA to come to the room. The room was dirty and the chairs uncomfortable. They claimed the had no records for me, though they did have the appointment on file. I don't know if it was Promise Care or the Gupta group who screwed up.The Dr. didn't apologize for being late, and I ft like I was getting the "bums rush" out the door. read more

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. Im.so tired of unreturned phone calls , call drops with no return.call. Can't wait for new enrollment because I will be choosing a new medical office. they herd people in like cattle have you all stand and have your blood pressure and oxygen levels at same time. not once in 2 years have I had a physical where I actual am treated like a real patient. no one listens to your heart your breathing with a Stethoscope or to your lungs for breathing look in your ears or your mouth. fully dressed never sit on examination table. its ridiculous !! they have Stethoscope hanging around theirs necks but ive never seen them use ones so apparently its just part of the costume. If you care about your health choose better as im going to in 2 weeks when I talk to health insurance agent. I had urinalysis called to make app because some numbers off and again today cant get through, its ridiculous..Run!! Failure to answer phone failure to call back patient when , labs come back with issues and they won't contact you to come for follow up etc... I have kidney infection and im at an urgent care because they couldn't even call me back today because I had to call them again to tell them i m not feeling well. So went urgent care in Hemet!! Thank God a caring facility ran like a real medical office , as i was brought in for vitals by myself not a herd of cattle. was weighed and taken to room for vitals without large group and than after directed to an exam room where a doctor entered and actu asked me to sit on examination table and listen.to my heart , my lungs, had me lay down and felt my abdomen. And YES HAVE A SEVERE UTI ... Thank God for this urgent care better than Dr. Gupta office ever treated me in the last 2 years. So Glad I will be going to a Great Medical Group in January in Hemet Far from this Authoritarian Medical office! Dr Gupta is wonderful. I was seeing him for my sleep study and he's a pulmonologist that give me a medication that has helped me to stop using my rescue inhaler. I breath better than I have in over 30 years now. I also see dr Balu as my primary and she's wonderful. Takes time to listen to me. Let's me ask questions. Gives me simple answers that I understand. when I phone in sometimes I'm on hold but I'm always taken care of. I get answers and the staff resolve any issues I have with my pharmacy. I highly recommend the Dr's at the Gupta clinic. Sleep study's, breathing, general medicine, and so much more. Couldn't be happier with them. Thank you Dr Gupta and Balu. read more

Horrible. Front staff is very rude. Billing has hung up on me five times. They are overbilling insurance for services not rendered. When confronted I was told that they don't have time to speak to "someone who cant understand". One visit there for me and my wife was enough. Dr Rodriguez is great - the staff is horrible. Pros = as a new patient to her, I found Dr. Neelam Gupta has the qualities a medical practitioner should have ( knowledgeable, investigative, passionate, skillful, empathetic, competent and wise). I like her to be my m.d. But .............. Cons = The office staff mainly the front desk and the answering service. I don't think so they even know what they are doing. They are not polite, graceful, attentive and not even knowledgeable to what they are there for. Lazy people. I called for an inquiry that needs immediate attention, it took two weeks for them to call me back. By then I am already dead. Patients see their doctor for dear life. I have been with my previous doctor for nearly 20 years. It was the driving back and forth during appointments that was driving me crazy. I am new in the area/ Riverside, Needed a Doctor within. After my first unsatisfactory handling of doctors workers. I decided to go back to were my previous M.D. is. This time I don't even mind that log drive. It's not every month anyway. I've been going to dr. Gupta for like a year now and I've never even met the lady.. they sends me different PA every time I have an appointment I don't even think they understand their patients one-on-one the doctor could at least introduce herself to all of her patients at least once if she wants to send PA different PA my way every time I visit they look at me like I'm crazy when I tell him I'm sick I called and they never answer the phone. When you finally do get a hold of somebody on the phone they put they direct you to a voicemail line I don't know what kind of help that is but it to me in my world that's a complete laziness read more

This place is AWFUL. The doctor sent a male nurse to give me my results (which is unethical and I think illegal). I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea and had tons of questions but felt abandoned and lost because the doctor couldn't even make the time to tell me himself or answer any of my questions. The sleep study area had bedbugs and I had to reschedule, which took months. The receptionists aren't trained well either. I called to ask when my appointment was and she said,"Oh shit let me check". I was stressed out when our previous Doctor retired and finding another physician that would be understanding and empathetic to all my spouse endures on a daily basis was a daunting task. This place is a joke. I had my appointment with Dr Gupta and he tells me I need to do a sleep study. I do the sleep study and they tell me to wait two weeks for my results. Weeks pass by and I hear nothing. I'm calling and calling and no one knows anything about my results or what I should do. Then I finally get ahold of someone who tells me that I need to do a pulmonary test and I can't get my sleep test results until that is done. Now mind you I feel horrible and I'm trying to get this done so I can know the conclusion of all this. I go in to do my pulmonary and I kid you not, the girl who does this is rude and is texting on her phone the whole time not paying any attention to the machine. The machine states there's an air leak and I am breathing and breathing into this machine for over five minutes before she finally looks up and sees the error message. She then fixes it and the test took a little over one minute to do! I was so annoyed at how unprofessional she was. Then I tell the doctor and he's like oh no the test shouldn't have lasted that long but he doesn't seem concerned at how unprofessional his staff is. The doctor finally calls me for my results and then puts me on hold when I wasn't done talking to him and he patches me through to the lady in the front to make a follow up appointment. I told her I wasn't even done talking to him, I have questions about my results and she nonchalantly says oh he's in with another patient. I will never go back here again not even for the follow-up. I have seen Dr. Neelam Gupta for almost a year now. I was taken to Hemet Medical Center by a ambulance after my blood sugar dropped to dangerous low. That is where I was assigned to her & Dr. Rakish Gupta. Both physicians are excellent. I have transferred my primary physician care to Dr. Neelam Gupta. She is very knowledgeable, speaks in language I understand & is very professional. I have an occasional problem with my RX refills from the staff But that is the only thing. Very pleased with the physicians care. I would recommend Dr. Neelam Gupta & Dr. Rakish Gupta as both are fine physicians. And office staff is very helpful. read more

My dad received excellent care by Dr. Gupta and her staff. Dr. Gupta adjusted his heart medicine, and Dad began to have more energy and was able to travel again. She is an excellent doctor. Her office is so busy because of that. They have a beautiful new building in downtown San Jacinto, and we were well treated. I have been a patient with Gupta Medical center for over three years. I gave a low rating not because of the medical care of the doctors, Neelam and Rakesh Gupta are good doctors. They have a sleep study clinic and do their own blood work. The other doctors are good to. Why the horrible rating?? It's the Ghetto front office staff!! They are very unprofessional. They sound like hotel maids on the phone. Always putting me on hold immediately when they answer the phone. Put me on hold for a long time or it goes to voicemail. They are very rude when I do talk to them. I tried to tell then I could not come to my appointment but they put me on hold so I just didn't show up! To bad, but it's the Ghetto staff. They forgot to send in my prescriptions and they acted like I was stupid when I asked what went wrong it took 4 weeks for them to finally send my prescription!! I was referred to a wrong surgeon for my outpatient surgery and I'm trying to call them to tell them I need the right vascular surgeon, incompetence, ignorant, ghetto and rude service from the front office staff. Except for one lady GINA that checked me out of the office last time Note: j get put on hold and told they are busy but when I'm there they are just sitting around chatting???? Wth!! If you want great and personal health care, go somewhere else. The doctors are good BUT the staff are lazy, and Ghetto!! They don't answer the phones. When they actually answer they don't follow through!!! I rung the phone when I was actually in the office and they ignored the phones. They put the phones on hold 45 mins before lunch and as late as 1:00pm after lunch. I have had various problems with prescriptions being sent to the pharmacy. The pharmacy tell me that they don't return calls or faxes!! Seems like they just want people to come in to get the insurance money. They are pushing other treatments I don't need like pulmonary and sleep studies. I sleep like a baby and breath well???? I just left my appointment because I was being treated like crap by the ghetto girl at the window. I asked about my glucometer I need to check my blood sugar and why they didn't send the right prescription in. I got the run around, so I left. These workers are the ones that went to those 9 month medical assistant schools you see on TV aimed at loser high school drop outs and those with their welfare is going to run out if they don't get a job!! This is one of the worst medical offices I have ever had to deal with!! My 91 year-old Gramps lives in Hemet and has seen this office for a few of years now. He lives out there by himself and gets confused when trying to relay the doctor's information back to me. Anytime I call there, it's nearly impossible to get a return phone call and good luck getting one of the actual doctors to call you back. After not calling you back, they'll try to interpret the cryptic message you left (thinking you'll explain when they call you back) and get it completely wrong, screwing things up in the process. Then, when you finally lose your temper and express that to the staff they act like you're the problem. NEVER an apology. Their excuse is always "we're busy". Well, that's not my problem! Take fewer patients or hire more staff!! After my Gramps had triple bypass surgery, at 89 years old, he was to be sent home with oxygen. It took that office over a month to order a simple oxygen delivery to the house. Oxygen levels should be 90-100%, his was dropping to the 60s!!! The previous reviewer called the office staff "ghetto". In my opinion, that's giving them more credit than they deserve! If you value your, or your loved one's, health don't go here!! read more

But his office staff suck, blue cross assign me this clinic, and i am sorry they, i tried to make an appointment with the Dr, due to a bad case of bronccitis. and was told i could have a appoitment til the end of Feb, and was Jan. when i was calling, then when i called to cancel the appoitment cause i had gone to an urgent care and got the meds i needed, i was put on hold for over 45 mins. Then got push to an answering machine, where not only did i cancel my appointment, but told them i would be seeking a nee dr.
