The visit felt like a complete waste of time, and I walked out of the appointment with Dr. Ganta feeling like I was talking to a wall. When I arrived at the office the lady who tried to check me in barley looked at me and when she couldn't find my appointment I noticed she had my date of birth written wrong so I told her the correct number and she said with attitude "I know". I couldn't say her name as she had her name badge on backwards so it was blank. I told her I had been speaking to Angelina on the phone. She went to a back office and one lady poked her head out to stare at me and then another lady walked out with no name badge and no smile. She told me she left me a voicemail to call her back (so I'm assuming this is Angelina) I told her yes I called and left a voicemail. At one point we were talking on the phone and then lost service (I told them we were playing phone tag all week!) She said yea well I canceled your appointment. I was very shocked and asked why she wouldn't have said that on the voicemail. She told me that was a HIPPA violation.... Umm no it's not. That's not medical information but ok. She told me there are no appointments for me today and to come back next week. She said she had to confirm something with my insurance and basically insinuated that my insurance was "low tier". So rude. I asked her if I could sign a waiver for the "HIPAA violation" so she can leave the notification of if she cancels my appointment again since I have to get child care each time to be here. She just said "no". As someone who works in a medical office, the front desk staff is the face of your business so I would HIGHLY recommend that whoever owns this practice look deeper into why your reviews are so bad....

Doctor Mogbonjubola Adeyemo is married to Dr. Oluwafemi Adeyemo, a psychiatrist who works in the same offices. I've never met him, but folks speak highly of him. My GP doctor, Dr. M. Adeyemo is excellent and always listens to my concerns with sincere empathy. When I had an injury, the look on her face made me feel like she could actually FEEL my pain!!! I've also had no problem being referred to specialists if need be. I don't like the thought of the public knowing where I go for treatment, yet she deserves kudos for her practice and so, you are welcome to become a patient here if she accepts your insurance. He not only dismisses everything I say, he tells me he hopes he doesn't have to do further testing and he repeats phrases like "what do you want me to do" When i consistently went in because my back was hurting, he kept telling me over and over he doesn't understand why I'm not getting better. I had a endoscopy, & he greeted me with concern & compassion, like I was family. Even the nurses are very helpful & compassionate. At Today's visit I was very emotional & sick. Dr. Singhvi ordered everything he believed I need to get better. There was a misunderstanding if I paid for an injection, I spoke with his nurse & she was so nice about the misunderstanding. She transferred me to speak with Dr. Singhvi & he was very understanding, even ended the conversation with "you get better." Never have I ever experienced this kind of kindness from a doctor's office. I highly recommend him to everyone.

Instead, she took on a very defensive and unpleasant attitude. In fact, she was so uncomfortable that she told me she could not serve as my doctor! I have had lupus for about five years. Dr. Madabhushi was my new primary care physician and she sent me for labs. When they came back she said I didn't have lupus (a dangerous, life-threatening disease). I was so happy and even threw away my lupus medication. Then I went to my regular 3-month checkup with my rheumatologist and told him how happy I was to no longer have lupus. He was shocked and told me there was no doubt I had lupus and that the labs Dr. Madabhushi ordered clearly showed this. He put me back on my medication but I was off of it for two months altogether thanks to Dr. Madabhushi, and that has caused irreversible damage. I found out since that lupus doesn't go away. You have it until you die from an organ-related illness such as kidney or heart disease. I of course have changed PCPs since and have also learned how to read my lab results myself. I am now extremely proactive with my healthcare and hope everyone else is too.
