They gave us another date and said all was set from their end. We called before the appointment to make sure everything was good and was told again that the appointment had not been made and they were not sure what had happened on their end. I told her we just wanted a simple boys cut, shorter on the sides longer on the top and even supplied reference photos of his past hair cuts. When she started cutting, and kept cutting I stopped her and again reminded her what I had asked for and she just kept hacking at my son's head. He asked for the front to be shorter and because he is only 6 I added for clarity that he liked to be able to keep it just long enough so it could be brushed to the side when styled. Instead we left with a choppy, half bowl cut. The sides aren't cut evenly and the back looks just as bad as the sides. My son is so upset. I'm incredibly confused why they would let this woman near any child with clippers or scissors. Truly this is a shame because we have had wonderful experiences with the other girls there but I cannot silently sit by and allow another child's head to look the way Becky left it.
