The first time I tried there it was amazing I totally loved it the Meat Buster pizza I had with all the meats sausage ham pepperoni it was delicious very well done and the salads omg packed to the top but the ranch packets for it didn't get much for it I see you put them in them little cups I wish you guys you do the packets like the hidden valley ones because the cups were not to me just to me maybe next time I'll prefer more ranch cups but packets would of been better in my books but hey everything else especially the chicken bacon ranch so do good you guys got a great restaurant can't wait to try it again very soon well done guys read more

I got a cheesesteak sub and a turkey and cheese wrap. The cheesesteak had a good amount of meat and the roll was tasty, but could've used more cheese. The wrap and its ingredients were fresh and flavorful. Would definitely get that again. Inside the store was just a counter to order and pick up from. Such a pleasant place & WOW the cheesesteak! The bread was soft, not too thick and made the sandwich awesome. Lots of meat, no charge for basic extras and the the sweetest people up front. Compared to a Philly cheesesteak, it's up there but more cheese would put it over the top. read more

Sorry Gus but you only get two stars. What has happened to serving great food? Your Crab dip pizza is still the best. Period. That's it. I spent $70 dollars last night on dinner and we were so disappointed. Onion rings were so greasy and could not be eaten. Jalapeño poppers were just ok. Nothing we couldn't get anywhere else. Orderd 2 subs and for some reason the lettuce and tomatoes were put under the hot meat and cheese and were turned to mush. We asked for no hot peppers got globs. Asked for lite mayo got globs. The bread could not be eaten. The subs were runed. It was a slimmy mess. With all the other places available to us and deserving of our hard earned dollars Gus's is no longer on that list. read more

Something has changed. I used to love food from Gus, but something seems different now. I ordered breaded wings and 2 wraps this past week, and everything was inedible. The breaded wings were saturated in a sour/vinegar based hot sauce and the meat in my cheesesteak wrap had a weird after taste that I didn't recognize. I know Gus Pizza has been delicious in the past, but this entire order ended up in the trash. So disappointed and such a waste. The onion rings were ok and they did give me enough of them. The service was friendly and it didn't take to long for the food. It was a Saturday so I don't know what it is like on a work day. Just moved to Harford county and I have been here twice. The first time I stopped in and ate. My husband and I decided to try the crab dip pizza. It was amazing!! And not to mention we were really impressed by how friendly the staff was. Last night I ordered delivery. The woman over the phone (also very courteous for someone working a Friday night) told me it would be a 45 min- an hour wait, so I was pleasantly surprised when the driver got here 30 mins later! However, the food was terrible. It was easily the nastiest cheesesteak I've ever had in my life. And I'm not talking preparation I'm talking ingredients. The meat is low quality; it was thick, tough, chewy, and not to mention flavorless. And the bread, I'm not even sure what kind of bread it was but it was so hard. My husband ordered the bacon cheeseburger sub. He said the meat was good but again, it was on the same bread . Pretty disappointing. But, they claim to have the best pizza in this area so I will be back to try some pizza in the future. **update** Ordered delivery again when family came over. Crab dip pizza and a cheese. Crab dip pizza was just as great as the time before. However, for a place that claims to have "the best pizza" the cheese pizza was horrible. It was so terribly salty that even the kids wouldn't eat more then 1 slice. It went straight to the dumpster. They get 2 stars, on for the crab dip pizza, and another for customer service. I can only give 4 stars right now because I've only tried the pizza. The cheese was perfect. The pepperoni was perfectly placed and the right amount. The sauce was flavorful but just on the verge of too sweet...it had a flavor almost of brown sugar but still very good. The crust however was just a bit underdone. The service was amazing! We were late but the pizza was ready and still hot! Very friendly staff and that counts just as much to me as the flavor of the food.
