The portion sizes were generous and the ingredients seemed fresh. Unfortunately my food was tasteless. I had a Tahini Cucumber bowl with rice lettuce and grilled chicken. It honestly tasted like cardboard, maybe the other sauces are more flavorful. My wife did not order any food because they refused to customize her order, she didn't want mushrooms and a few other toppings, the lady said it wasn't possible. I appreciate that they have expanded the bowl concept outside of the Mexican food realm but I would still choose Moe's or Chipotle over this place because it was so bland. I might give it one more try and get something different just for due diligence.

So yuum!!! Tastes homemade. I got the lemon pepper half and half with grilled chicken!

So yum! I got the lemon pepper half-and-half with grilled chicken. It's so good it tastes homemade!

Ginger Lime Peanut bowl with a base of 1/2 mixed greens, 1/2 brown rice, and grilled chicken. It was delicious!

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. The food was of shockingly low quality. We got the…read morewhole story about the owner and his mom and her picture and yada dada da but the food fell incredibly short of authentic. We were a large party and ordered all over the menu. The items were as follows: Eggplant Parmesan: lacking sauce and it was served on a bed of overcooked and naked angel hair noodles. I couldn't believe they weren't even al dente and the water wasn't even salted. Chicken Cesar salad: hard to mess this one up and I can't say I'm disappointed. It was exactly what I expected and I'm glad to have played it safe Barramundi: this was NOT barramundi. This was tilapia at best. Barramundi is a sea bass. This was thin and overcooked in a "white wine sauce" that tasted like lemon and milk. It was incredibly disappointing Shrimp scampi: the shrimp was overcooked and they tasted fishy. Low quality and the sauce was lacking that punch of garlic one would look for. Too heavy on the lemon which I assume was intentional to mask the fishy flavor Chicken tenders: wow. Just wow. They were from a package at best. Can you at least obtain something of higher quality? Strawberry salad: seriously?! It was just mixed greens and a few slices of strawberries with plain walnuts. So minimal and not worth the price Garlic bread with mozzarella: O M G. The plate was HUGE. This by far was not made in house. Tasted like Texas toast with a slice of cheese melted on top. Cannoli: burnt shell and overly sweet inside Creme brûlée: one side was firm and the other was soupy. Made me worried about having undercooked eggs and getting sick Chocolate cake: we were literally told this was homemade in house. Cooked from a box is not "homemade" - it's prepared. Low quality, artificial flavor. The coffee was disgusting. I'm sorry. I try to be so polite when leaving reviews but that was by far the worst coffee I have ever had in my life. M Tiramisu: tasted basically like baileys and whipped cream. For an Italian restaurant, you would hope they could at least get this menu item right... but nope. The service was sub par, I think it's because there were so many of us but a lot of things were missed. I asked for a glass of wine and it never came. Another individual had to ask for their beer multiple times, just to be brought a glass of red wine.... And then they still forgot about the beer to make it right. The servers were nice, however. I think they probably don't have the tools to succeed and know the food isn't up to the standards it should be Lastly it was HOT and HUMID in the room. The thermostat didn't work and we were told it barely works at all. That was disappointing and made for an even more uncomfortable experience. *oh, and for yall that think the portion sizes are small... they are HUGE which would have been amazing if the food was good. Portion sizes don't matter if the food is not worth eating. I would not patron this restaurant again. The calories were not worth it at all.

Dessert was Creme Brulee, one of my favorite desserts! I'll be back to try other things on their menu. Good stuff!

To start, let me say the service was awesome. The young lady, whom I should have gotten her name, was absolutely lovely. Bubbly personality, friendly and a very good server in general. Our first thought after looking at the menu was, wow, pretty pricey for Main Street Senoia. Even though everything we were told was "from Italy". The Penne alla puttanesca was good, but tiny for the price. Gluten free pizza..... hard pass. You could literally pour the ingredients off like it was soup. Both were tasty though. Just not exactly our style. The restaurant had a pretty good vibe although I'd say over lit and too bright. Another small note, if the owners do indeed read these, it was awesome to be able to try the wine we selected before we picked it out, but tiny plastic tasting cups will throw anyone out of the "fine dining" mindset. The wine however was delicious:) EDITED REVIEW AFTER OWNER RESPONCE: A little addition to my review and another two dropped stars for the grumpy passive aggressive response from owner Chris F. Well Chris F....... If you don't HAVE gluten free pizza then you loose two more stars for the waitress telling us it was gluten free when we ordered it and OVERPAID for a weak pizza soup. A business owner who responds to a decent and honest review with CAPS says a lot. And by the way Chris F, you may not have noticed, we're actually not in Italy so perhaps you don't need to try and school your ex customers with an average size portion size in Italy. And where exactly did you come up with that statistic or who even cares. I'm guessing you got that from watching the food network . I was trying to be nice with my original review but good luck keeping your sinking ship afloat. When I see the outdoor seating at Nic & Norms packed and yours always empty I now understand why.

And focus on the main event Soup was so thick it was almost disgusting Greek salad dressing was bad oil The creativity:/inspiration for the sautéed onions for the liver was poorly executed with some unknown inclusion Prime rib came fully vested with a wilted, useless, garnish, with the meat fully surrounded by capped plastic condiment of horseradish, au jus and sour cream. Accompanied by two tubes of airline quality, sour cream, and two nicely plastic containers of officially whipped butter. Uncertain of what was on top of the meat was something lacy and crusty totally unrelated to the meat, reminiscent dirty pans. After asking the waiter for his opinion for asking the kitchen to explain what this accessory was, it was dismissed and nothing important needing no further explanation in his opinion. In my opinion I was blown off . We've been here before, we've like delivering onions before. Frankly, no pun I don't think we'll be back. Humbly stated for a $95 tab. We would've been better going to the roadhouse with more cheerful and probably better Service and significantly better quality with probably half the price.. (and half the plastic) I debated the tip and reluctantly gave my 15%

I'm always happy when a restaurant has several choices of wine and beer, a good assortment of appetizers, salads, main dishes and desserts. So far so good. We started with wine and a Caesar salad, followed by fettuccine Alfredo and chicken Marsala. The servings were so large, that despite our hunger, we took enough home for our dinner. The food was very tasty. And the restaurant is located in a historic building, with exposed brick, and displays racks of wine, and has a bona fide pizza oven. Note to self: must return to try pizza, the crab and shrimp dishes, and desserts!

They didn't have an open sign lit up and it appeared dark, but I had looked them up online and they were open (as of 11 a.m.). We parked in a public deck across the street. It had no gate infrastructure, so I assume it's free all the time. There is also street parking within a block or so. The restaurant itself is located about half a block north of the downtown square along a row of shops (records, etc.). The interior layout is booths along the left wall, tables in the middle, and a long bar down the right wall. There appeared to be a large brick pizza oven towards the back also. It was not overly busy when we were there, so there were only 2 servers handling tables and the bar. A few booths had patrons and there was 1 or 2 people at the bar. Service was good. The menu had a decent variety - salads, pastas, pizzas. I don't recall if there were other items. My wife got some sort of pasta dish that wasn't what she expected but she liked it. I also got a pasta dish - angel hair pomodoro. I thought this would be angel hair pasta with the 'pomodoro' in the form of a red sauce. The pasta was there, but the tomatoes were finely diced along with some onions and greens. It was different, but fine. I finished it. So don't be surprised with variants from 'standard' presentations, but the food is good. They appeared to have a full bar and a decent wine / beer selection, but we skipped that this time. We also skipped dessert. If I'm back in Carrolton, I'd consider stopping in again.
