I kind of walked (my husband was helping me walk, and carrying me) into this nice office, the receptionist is very helpful as well as Dr. Gutierrez is nice, too! I had a really bad lower back pain, 4 hours before I had fainted because of the pain! My DM recommended this chiro because he said it was my sciatiac that was giving me problems. I filled some paperwork and in less than 15 minutes I was seen by Dr. Gutierrez, as soon as you talk to him you can tell he's knowledgeable on this subject. When I walked out, my pain lowered ALOT, I felt relieved! Today was my 2nd appointment, took 5 minutes wait and I was out the door! Friendly staffs and quick service. Came here because of wrist, ankles, and back pain. The doctor took the time to find out what was wrong with my injuries and made adjustment to help me. Similar to others I also bought a Groupon for 4 visits and I don't envision myself wanting to return. The wait was too long and I once I was seen i was not asked any questions. The Dr. Said he could not do anything about my pain in my sciatic nerve and that I'd have to go get a massage. But now hearing other people got a massage therapist it makes me wonder what kind of service I got. The adjustment itself was painful, and harsh. I usually go when there is a special or an incentive but I have been going long enough that I feel there is loyalty to Mr. Gutierrez and his team. They are there to help your chiropractic needs. They are pretty fast and you usually do not wait have to wait too long for treatment and they allow walk-ins. Keep up the great work! read more

2 weeks ago I woke up with the worst lower back pain ever. I couldnt move and the pain from sitting to standing position was horrible. I used my Groupon right on time. I don't understand the low rating for this place. I work out hard: aerial silk, lyra, pole, yoga, and strength training. Every time I feel that little painful pinch in the shoulder or neck or my lower back, I come here to be realigned and my dr always does a fantastic job of taking the pain out. Mind you, I bite through the pain until my body starts crying for release then I come here so when I am able to walk out pain free, that's more than enough. I come in lopsided, I walk out straight. I love the convenience of walking in for a quick adjustment. They have a pay per visit option or monthly plan available. The staff is super nice and accommodating. Joel is knowledgeable and knows how to address the pain that radiates from my herniated disc. I've been to a few chiropractors so this wasn't my first time going to one. I'm semi picky so for me to give this place 5 stars means that I really mean it! :) They have 2 sides/offices. The left side is for people who have been in accidents and for insurance claims (I THINK, so please don't quote me on that) and the right side is for all other purposes. Anyways.....when I walked into the office I was greeted with a very friendly girl. I forget her name but she was super friendly!!!! She made me feel at home, even though it was my first time there. I filled out some brief paperwork and then the Dr came out. He was a super friendly and handsome guy! He asked me some questions about my concerns, etc and was able to realign me perfectly! I appreciate that I didn't have to make an appointment if I didn't want to. I can just walk in and get aligned. This was a big plus for me! ****BONUS**** to this office is that besides being super experienced, friendly, and convent, they are VERY affordable!! I think the deal is $49 for 4 adjustments/month! That's incredible because the last place I checked out was $55 for ONE treatment!!! Agh I am very happy with this place and I have no complaints. :) read more

So disappointed they are performing bad business!! I was always happy with the service I received there until today. I paid in advance $50 for 4 treatments and when I tried to redeem my 3rd treatment I was told that something I prepaid for expired. They stole my money and had the nerve to ask me to buy another 4 treatment for $50. I'm so upset and what's even worse the receptionist just let me walk out when she saw how visibly upset I was! lousy front desk service, secretaries are more interested on being on there phone than acknowledging you, i will give the chiropractor the benefit of the doubt as far as his qualifications or skills, barely made it on time for my appointment (5:30) after trying to fill out and signing half a dozen legal pages, chiropractor basically told me to wrap it up because i only had 10 more min. before they close!!??? really?. if there isn't enough time for a thorough assessment of my condition, than don't schedule patients so close to closing time. what a waste of time! read more

Never been to a chiropractor I finally went for the first time to this office in Pico Rivera it was $20 for a 5min session few words about my sciatic nerve pain I have, nothing they can do about it, it's on the person to do the floor stretches and proper core excercises..other then that it wasn't what I expected. He cracked my neck, middle part of my back, and that was it. I seen videos that were much better and longer session but I guess I got what I paid for. You'll prolly have to go more I guess..staff was cool and the Doc was also nice. Just not what I expected. In and out for $20. read more

I woke up one day with bad upper neck/back pain. I figured it was just a sore neck and let it go for about 2 weeks. When my condition didn't improve, I made an appt with my regular back doctor. He just suggested ibuprofen and some exercises. That didn't work and it's now 2 months. I finally decided to seek chiropractic care and stumbled upon a groupon offer for 1 adjustment for $15 or 4 for $22. I went with the no-brainer for $22 and went there within minutes of purchasing. Location in Pico Rivera is nice and clean. The receptionist was very friendly and Dr. Sanchez was very professional. I was very happy with the 1st adjustment. I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease in my lower back. I did not want to give up my martial arts training so I gave them a try. I immediately noticed the results. After just a couple of sessions, I no longer felt pain. The first chiropractor who worked on me understood my concerns over training because he used to wrestle and still practiced it to stay in shape, so I really felt comfortable with him. Recently the office has changed staff, so the reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the sessions now seem a little rushed. I still feel great but I wish they took a little more time to address my needs. read more

I've been receiving treatment here for almost a year now. The customer service has always been great. The atmosphere is quite, welcoming and relaxing. The staff all work great together and they always greet you with pleasent smiles. It reasures you you're going to get good service. They all show deep concearn as to how I'm feeling right before each treatment and always apply the right attention to the areas I need it the most. Due to my current situation I'm a stay @ home mom of 3, but the office hours are so flexible it always seems to work out for me. I was suprized, that if its a most I can also bring my kids with me. Although I try to stay away from doing so, the staff makes me feel at ease and welcomed with or without my kids. Its a super friendly environment. Jennifer, Veronica, & David are all AWESOME.
