Dr. Gutierrez is AMAZING! Wow, so this was my first time ever getting a back alignment. I went in with a tweak in my neck coming down to my shoulder. I explained to Dr. Gutierrez what my issue was and he was kind enough to take the time and explain to me numerous reasons on why that was going on. After the alignment, I immediately felt lighter and more flexible. It felt amazing to get that back alignment. He was sooo friendly and very professional in his approach to help you. What a EMINENT facility, came here after an auto accident. My lower back was killing me. I felt like I had a pinch nerve, wasn't able to sleep,sit or even stand for a long period of time.When I first walked into the office i felt a good energy. I was kinda nervous in the beginning but the ladies in the front desk and back office were really nice and helpful. We had some good conversations that helped me relax. They started off with a electric shock therapy on my lower back with a heating pad which felt so gooooddd it help me alot. Dr. Gutierrez was really nice and took his time on the consultation explained everything to me. Ooooh and let me tell you the adjustments were so epic, it took me awhile with the pain but it helped a lot I had a horrible stiff pain along with numbness radiating down to my legs and he helped ease the pain at its own pace. I had actually completely forgotten my appointment yesterday morning and contacted Dr. Gutierrez and he was so nice about and rescheduled me for later in the day. And he contacted me at the right time because I had been feeling very tense. Once I arrived at the office, the receptionist was very friendly, and Dr. Sanchez is the one who did the adjustment. Dr. Sanchez was very informative and answered the questions I had without hesitation. The adjustment was amazing! I love getting my back and neck cracked lol I will definitely be back! I highly recommend dr Gutierrez I'm a true believer he can really help anyone who is in pain ! I did sports all my life and suffer from chronic pain in my shoulders, arms legs back for years. I took over-the-counter painkillers to treat myself to one day I decided to go to a chiropractor. I live in Pico rivera and I found Dr. Gutierrez I said why not give him a chance to my surprise. He did a hell of a job on me until right now. My pain went from 10 to 3 sometimes zero so yes I do recommend Dr. Gutierrez. I even took my mom who was suffering from lower back pain she went to dr Gutierrez barely walking well surprisingly after a treatment she came out walking strait!!! read more

Ive been dealing with back pain and sciatica for the last 4 years. In and out of emergency rooms and doctors offices, therapies and the pain would subside for a day or two but then I'd be back to step one. I visited Dr. Gutierrez and he was able to help diagnose my problem and told me what we were going to do. Since day 1 I felt a huge difference, I am now over half way through my sessions and even though it's been a long journey I have felt better and better after every visit. I'd like to write this review for anyone who may have a similar problem like mine bc Dr. Gutierrez helped me tremendously. I had a cervical spine fusion and have degenerative disk disease and developed numbness weakness and complete loss of function of my left arm, it was almost as if I had had a stroke. I showed the doctor my MRI and he was able to still manipulate me above and below my fusion which I have always been afraid to allow anyone to touch my neck bc of it. After the first visit I was able to move my arm significantly. The doctor is very attentive and knowledgeable and I felt he was genuinely concerned about my condition and was eager to help me. I am very grateful bc with the weakness and loss of mobility of my arm I was afraid I would stay like this forever. I highly recommend him, not only did he give me recovery of my flaccid arm a huge improvement he gave my entire body a tune up.I felt a lot of trust in him. I'm so glad I found him and will most certainly return, and recommend any of my friends an family who need his services. He recommends a treatment plan but you don't feel pressured to do the treatments recommended. But I assure you you will want to. Thank you doctor for helping me get better. read more

This review is for the left side of the chiropractors office that deals with insurance and your lawfirm. They will put you on muscle stimulation and once in a great while they will adjust your back (Rarely). There are way better offices out there. I don't really recommend this place. read more

THE WORST!!! ( NO STARS IF COULD RATE IT THAT WAY) I hurt my self at work, and attended here. At first they seemed like a good practice, however, after they have "reached the number of visits allowed by workers compensation" they informed me that they were unable to see me anymore although I was still in a lot of pain (an 8 out of 10.) All that time with this office and not once did they do any physical therapy or any of the things my lawyer asked for. I had to continuously be reminding them of the things they needed to do, that would of been just fine if they at least they took care of it; but no! it took 3-5 times of me reminding them to do; if they did it at all! During the end of my time with this office Workers Compensation stop paying me for being injured and unable to work. A few months later after so much financial hardship and stress I found out it was due to the lack of effort this place gives in doing their job! they did not complete all the necessary paperwork nor did they submitted.Way to take care of your clients! The cherry on top is the lack of professionalism. The receptionist are so RUDE! they give you attitude, seem to always be in a bad mood, and they definitely DO NOT DO THEIR JOB! Oh and also when you call there is a pre-recording that asks you if you are a new patient, if you are you press the number for the new patient you speak with the receptionist they schedule in all if pink an pretty, if your not and you don't catch on to this you will press the number for not a new patient at which point you will be forward to a voicemail you will leave your message and another and another one and maybe after some weeks you might get a call back BUT don't hold your breath! 6 months later in debt, stressed out, nearly almost homeless and still in pain Thanks Gutierrez Chiropractic for the way you run your practice! read more
