A few years ago I contacted them to clean my gutters but also install gutters on my garage. They sent me an estimate electronically, I signed the contract and they did the job shortly thereafter. Aside from the clean (and new) gutters, you wouldn't have even known they were at my house. This year I needed the gutters cleaned again and didn't hesitate to contact RIO. Oh and RIO sent me a reminder via email, reminding me that I should get my gutters cleaned but also giving a list of their other services (power washing, roof washing, tree services). Again I was able to engage them via their website, received the quote quickly, approved it, scheduled the date. Well the date came and they guys didn't come out but Gabriel called me saying that they got hung up on another job and it was getting late and dark out and he said he didn't want them to do my job in the dark (makes sense). He said that the guys could get hurt or miss some clean up. I appreciated that. A quick reschedule occurred. I really, really dig the electronic contract, quote, appointment and such. That's my kind of contractor. Check them out. I think you'll hire them too.

They destroyed a mature eight year old 5' high Hydrangea bush by my front door. Surprise surprise, as I am writing this, yet another large empty box of roofing material has just been thrown and falls right by my bedroom window. The video shows my broken Hydrangea being shoved with the rest of garbage they trashed my patio with. Shingles were hung over the trees, an awful site. This is unbelievably surreal and negative experience. I guess They pick up these men on the side of the road on the way to your home. No one to answer for what they do, no one cared. Do not waste your money.

All said and done they serviced my home and were neat. The cleanup was also amazing. But please understand that all said and done no matter how clean and neat the service is there is and will be some minor things left behind. Like a nail or two maybe some unseen gutter clips. This is expected and I'm glad I hired this company. I strongly recommend them for your household needs. He also fixed an issue with the eaves that I had asked him to fix to prevent birds from getting into the attic. He was also very punctual and had good communication. The entire process was remarkable in that, unlike others, Dave kept his appointments on schedule. He personally inspected the roof and delivered a review of his proposal in tremendous detail. He has a warehouse with all of the material he needed for my roof, so no excuses about shipping delays, cost escalations or backorders. He promised a mid May installation and actually came a week early. He even got the building permit from the Town, which some other contractors seem to forget. His crew was well-prepared, setting up tarps to keep the old roofing out of the shrubs and lawn, got the entire roof (36 squares) done by around 4:00 pm. Clean up was impeccable. New gutters were installed a few days later by very knowledgeable craftsmen who made some upgrades that were much appreciated.
