I was expecting a callback before the EOB but then... Shazam! before I knew it there he is placing his ladder. Turns out he was finishing up another job just a few blocks away when my message came through. Not everyone will get same day service (puffing out chest whilst writing this), but A-1 gets there soon and does quick, quality work of it. I'll be using them again the next time 'round.

In the meantime they took him to court, as he has ignored all of it constantly and has not responded to anything they've requested and is avoiding what is owed to them. They did win in court, and are now stuck, as he will not do the right thing...just pay them what you owe and do the right thing. This is NOT how to conduct business. The front of our 11 year old townhouse had two large bent gutters but we had budgeted for full replacement on the front because of age. Bill inspected front and back and told us the other gutters were fine and he could use a color on the new gutters that was close enough you can't tell the difference. He also took the time to explain to me why paying extra for leafguards wouldn't work in our roof configuration.
