They then were able to come out on Monday and give me an estimate. Was $500 for my driveway, sidewalk, and siding all around the house. They did the job in a couple of hours, kept me apprised as it was happening (I was at work, so they texted me photos), and they accept payment via Zelle & Venmo. BUT, let me tell you while giving major praise and satisfaction thanks to Todd, the owner of Windows, Doors & More. His crew showed up 30 minutes prior to start time every day! I say "crew" BUT, these guys were true Craftsman and I mean Craftsman. The Team, Steve, Jacob, Ian, and Bill worked together like a fine tuned machine. A look and a nod in the place of words. WOW. Their personalities made it actually nice to have them around and working on my home. If you have a question, they stop what their doing, follow you, and listen intently with a true response. They even took extra care to help me and be certain my wood blinds would fit the new windows. Extra trim required, Not a problem. I look at these windows and completed installation with pleasing amazement. I'm not kidding, everything looks and operates beautifully. For a guy that's hard to please, I couldn't be happier. Also, their pricing is more than competitive and their products are top rated when you do the investigation. My Mom, now 95, has lived in the house the whole time and the past few years she's been ill and maintenance has fallen by the wayside. The house desperately needed to be washed and I was afraid it was going to be terribly noisy for her but I couldn't put it off any longer. Steve and Vernon Graham III came and were very polite and professional. The compressor was loud as expected but it was in the front of the house and didn't bother my Mom. Vernon and Steve were very quiet and efficient which I genuinely appreciated. I had a conversation with Mike on the phone about whether my deck needed to be washed or if I needed to call a deck specialist. There is some wood that needs to be replaced but Vernon determined it was worth washing for now and it was only an additional $60. There was a fair amount of mold on the deck and back of the house and they even got the mold off the side of the deck steps. I was really worried that when the house was washed I'd see that it needed to be painted. Lots of home repair anxiety right now for me. Instead, it just needed to be cleaned and looks great. It was just a huge relief to see the house clean and realize that it doesn't need as much work as I thougt. As a bonus, they washed a little concrete bench we have in the front yard. It has bunnies on it and a little boy who visits his grandmother down the street likes to stop and pet the bunnies when he's here. Now, he can pet clean bunnies.
