We were very impressed with Jeremy, and satisfied with the installation experience - the crew was respectful of our property and the work was completed in a timely manner. Had it ended there I would be writing a 5-star review. Two weeks later we discovered an issue with 2 gutter configurations (see video) and contacted Jeremy. Long story short - after reaching out 6 times in a span of 4 months, we paid to have another contractor fix the issues. Very disappointing. I don't take any pleasure in burning a bridge, it's a last resort -- but a 1-star review is warranted. Take note -- work may be subcontracted out, one crew's activity in my neighborhood was completely inappropriate (owner was not home). I'll just leave it there. I was looking to have someone come to blow the roof and clean the gutters. in both person and via text, I was very explicit that about the gutters and that they have older guards on them and would need to be slid out to clean the gutters - so I was clear that the gutters needed to be cleaned. Micheal quoted me $120 for what I thought was a fair price for what I had asked for IN WRITING. The tech comes out to do the service and is here less than 20 minutes! I go half way up on a ladder and the tech did nothing but blow off my roof - no gutter cleaning at all. When I contacted Michael, he was slightly argumentative and then copped that "there had been a miscommunication". Just beware of what you ask for and what's actually done with this company. You can find people to blow off a roof for way less than $120!
