I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering but I figured, its Guy Fieri. Its got to be decent. Unfortunately that is wrong. Our order consisted of a few different burgers, fires, and an order of the chips and queso. The biggest issue is that our food arrived cold. Since this has been a complaint in these reviews for over a month its clearly a core issue of this operation and they don't appear to be doing anything about it. A cold burger, cold fries, and cold queso is not what I signed up for. Second, my burger was dry, like it had been cooked for freaken ever and then allowed to sit until needed. Third, I expected better quality food. Just because you throw some semi fresh veggies into some plastic nacho cheese doesn't make it elevated. This place is half the quality and double the price of any major fast food restaurant in the area. read more

So I decided to give this a shot. To be honest it really is just middle of the road fast food. I had hoped with a name as big as this, there would be some new angle or secret ingredient to really take burgers and fries the next level but to be honest this is just on par with most sit-down restaurant burgers. You'd be far better off ordering from Stack'd or Elsa's in Milwaukee. I'm located no more than 5 minutes from this location and the food was beyond cold. If they're going to be delivery only, they need a solution to keep the food warm. The fries were inedible as they were like chewing rubber. The flavor of the burger was fine after I nuked it for a minute in the microwave. They're new so maybe something will get figured out. But until they announce something new with their delivery process, this might be a one and done for me. Great concept, but make some changes read more

We were pretty excited to try something different but this was NOT worth the price. We waited 1.5hr for delivery, paid $5 for a delivery fee PLUS a 15% tip up front and the food got here cold. After an hour the estimated time kept increasing and we tried cancelling but the link would not work. The link we had used to order had no contact information for the Brookfield location, only physical address. It wasn't until afterwards that I found this yelp page. The mac & cheese burger - Alright, a little dry but overall edible. The least bad of all the things ordered Queso dip - Was cold and incredibly bland. Definitely not worth $12! Flavortown fries - Soggy, bland, and small portion for $5 Cajun Chicken Alfredo - Had the least amount of flavor of all the dishes. Cafeteria quality as best. If the service was faster, if the prices were cheaper, or if the food was better we would consider this again. Unfortunately it had to trifecta of all the things being poor, and no way to cancel or contact. (At one point we were convinced it was a scam and no food was coming, nor could we find a way to cancel. We expected great things from this restaurant and decided to give it a go. The fried pickles were bland and the fries were very rubbery or hard depending. The salad was fine, but it was lettuce and some freeze dried Parmesan cheese for 8.99. We also tried the cheesecake.....mushy pretzels and chips. Would not eat there again. read more

Not sure why they offer delivery as the sole means of buying their food if it's going to be so late--they could at least add an in store pickup option, plenty of other restaurants offer contactless pickup. read more

This was literally the worst meal I think I've ever had at a restaurant ever! Ordered takeout and was given the wrong burger. Gave the one we got a shot and it was flavorless (I'd rather eat a McDonald's cheeseburger). We got bacon wrapped jalapeños and the bacon was extremely undercooked and we got a limp jalapeño with nothing in it and no bacon around it. The fries were cold, stale and chewy like they had sat for awhile (10 minutes after leaving). Their Mac and cheese was so flavorless that I had to hold it under a light while digging to make sure I wasn't just eating noodles with breadcrumbs on top. We got the Philly egg rolls too. The wantons were undercooked and soft (no crunch whatsoever like you'd expect from an egg roll). Seriously, I can't recall ever having a worse meal in my life! Garbage. I was staying in a hotel about 5 minutes from the address listed. It doesn't tell you the exact restaurant that is operating this ghost kitchen, but someone should be ashamed. It was delivered cold. I find outside of major cities like Chicago, New York or LA, 3rd party delivery services really suck. The N Y Times reviewed the actual Guy Fieri restaurant a few years ago and ripped it apart. I thought if he was going to lend his name to a ghost kitchen, the restaurant that prepared it would do better. Nope. Flavorless. Bland. Poorly packaged, didn't even include utensils. Avoid this. Guy Fieri isn't helping restaurants with this trash, he is helping himself and the delivery service. read more

Most of the food sucked. Ordered mac n cheese burger (salty, asked for no onions and got more onions than meat), ordered chicken parmesan and got a huge bone in chicken and pasta taste like it was reheated from the day before. Cheese steak egg rolls were the highlight of the meal. read more

Food arrived cold after being delayed by over 30 minutes past the delivery time. If I'm being charged $5 to get it delivered minutes from the location, there's no way it got ice cold in the 2 minute drive. Also, $15 for 3 egg rolls? You've got to be kidding me. At least they tasted good, but what a waste of money. And if I'm spending $5 on french fry's, they shouldn't be soggy. There's no reason I shouldn't be able to pickup the order myself, but it's probably to avoid complaints in person. Tried calling the restaurant multiple times, only to be sent to voicemail. Did I mention that they also got the order wrong? $60 for inaccurate, cold food for 2 from a delivery "restaurant" is a waste of money. read more
