We stopped in on a Friday night and were seated right away, which is nice. The sign at the door said to wait (which we did) but as we were there we saw that most people just walked right in and sat anyways. The place has pretty chill dive bar vibes. They have signs on every table saying all the food is made fresh to order and may take a while to come out. I wouldn't say it took any longer than expected, but we were told we came after the bigger dinner rush. As an app we tried the fried pickles that were okay but I wouldn't recommend cause it was a really thin piece of pickle to a good amount of batter. We got burgers that were both great and cooked well. Fresh toppings like LTO with a pickle on the side. The fries were good but some were cold and some were really hot which was a little confusing especially with all the signs saying how fresh everything would be. They have both regular and siracha ketchup which was fun though cause I like some spice. They ended the meal by giving small pieces of candy which was great. Prices were reasonable. Overall good experience and my husband loved it so we will be back

I'm constantly looking for new places to visit that have some sort of item that catches my eye. In the case of The Station Pub & Grill, both the Crossing Combo BYO appetizer sampler and the Triple Bypass burger (burger patty, brat patty, and bacon) did just that. I ordered both with homemade chips as the side for the burger. For the appetizer options I picked cheese curds, mozzarella sticks, and waffle chicken bites. If you've ever ordered an appetizer sampler from a restaurant, you've more than likely noticed how you get a few pieces of each item but almost always less than the full amount if you had just ordered one of the items by itself as an appetizer. That's seemingly not the case at The Station. Each one of the items in my appetizer sampler looked like what you would expect a full amount to be. I loved the mozzarella sticks and the waffle chicken bites dipped in the side of syrup they provided were fantastic. I'm not normally a fan of the cornmeal-like breaded cheese curds, but theirs weren't as greasy as ones I've had at other restaurants, which is good. I wish the homemade chips were a little thicker. Their's had some crispiness to them, but I love a super crunchy homemade chip and these fell a little short of that. I enjoyed the burger, but with two meat patties and bacon on it I wish it had two pieces of cheese instead of just one. The one piece got lost in the 3:1 meat to cheese ratio. I had to call back and get the name of the waitress/bartender who tended my table cause I don't recall if she said it. Danielle was particularly welcoming and friendly, which sadly seems to be rare at pub and grill restaurants if you're not a regular that they know. A big thank you to her. She and other menu items that also looked good on the menu will be a big reason I return to The Station for a future meal.

Long wait times on Fishfry Friday. That being said the food was very good and the service reasonable for a very hard worked staff.

Don't let that throw you off--it's super easy to find and the parking lot is a huge plus (no circling like downtown). We stopped in for their Derby party and it was a blast. Fun games, great energy, and an overall lively atmosphere that made it feel like an event, not just a night out. Food-wise, we kept it classic: cheese curds and the lobster dip--both were really good. The curds hit that perfect crispy/cheesy balance, and the lobster dip felt a little elevated but still totally shareable and worth it. I'd definitely go back again, but next time I'd probably pick a less busy time so we can relax a bit more and try more of the menu. The atmosphere was great during the event, but it'd be nice to experience it on a more laid-back visit too.

I wanted a good dinner not a chance to eat another bad dinner again. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

While we could have waited in the car, we elected to outside. Service and ambience were on par. My biggest problem and main reason for the 3 stars is the complete sham mockery of the vegetable side. Beautifully cooked rotisserie chicken, delicious fries. The mixed vegetable side is the worst attempt at vegetables I've ever seen. Think vegetables you get in an institution, only 10x worse. My recommendation would be to invest some energy in improving side. I can come up with any number of vegetables that would turn this into a knockout dish. Go and enjoy the food. Just stay away from the veg.

Two of us ordered the Backyard BBQ burger, one without sweet potato fries and the other with tots. The third person ordered the Pizzaz burger with breaded mushrooms. All were cooked medium as requested and were very tasty. The sweet potato fires, breaded mushrooms, and tots were also very good. The breaded mushrooms were strips of a large mushroom as opposed to mushroom cups. The only issue we had was both Backyard BBQ burgers were servered with sweet potato fried instead of one having tots. Our server, Olivia quickly corrected the situation by bring us an order of tots. Olivia did a great job, was personable, pleasant, and provided great customer service! Inside the ambiance hasn't change and is still pleasant and comfortable. Which I guess could be kind of odd to have on a bar menu, but if it's on the menu, you would think it would be good. The second it was put down. It looked like it came out of a prepared TV dinner. The meatloaf was thin, sliced, and tasted did just like a Salisbury steak. And kind of chewy. Not appealing on the plate either. He substituted a side salad instead of fries. The side salad was super tiny and not worth it. I ordered wings. When they were delivered all 12 were drummies. I didn't get one flat. The waitress then brought me out some flats mins later when I asked for them and showed her my plate. As for beverages, I ordered a tap of spotted cow and it was very flat and not cold. We won't be back anytime soon.

Frozen burger patties for sure, it was bar food with slightly upscale beer variety for adults and a kids meal served on a frisbee for their plate for the young ones with discounted arcade card options with meals. Overall fun and worth a trip every so often for a family meal out. This weekend we first noticed new smaller menus, simple can be ok, no big deal. But we could tell it was new ownership the second our appetizer came out. Portions for our usual fried pickles were legitimately enough for one person served in a dish that could fit a single scoop of ice cream. Weird. One server was wearing the equivalent of hot pants and really should not have been... floors were sticky... and I could see the filth around the handle of the walk in cooler behind the bar.... so I can only imagine the state of the kitchen. The arcade is gross now and not only were a ton of games not in service but some were half pulled away from walls/clearly unkempt. When I say dirty, I mean filthy. It's an arcade, I get it, but it's clear that NO ONE here cares or takes pride in running a clean and organized restaurant/establishment. The kid behind the counter probably isn't paid enough to keep it clean and organized but he does get paid enough to literally play arcade games in between customers... because he did. And hey, maybe that's a perk of this job. But management should then hire someone to wipe the games down at least once per shift. Our server was polite and timely- she also worked here before the change in ownership since I remembered her and none of these things were a reflection of her so I shall not name names. These symptoms start with a lack of management and high standards in the service industry. I really hope they can get it in gear because there's really no appeal to go back as of now.
