We stopped in on a Friday night and were seated right away, which is nice. The sign at the door said to wait (which we did) but as we were there we saw that most people just walked right in and sat anyways. The place has pretty chill dive bar vibes. They have signs on every table saying all the food is made fresh to order and may take a while to come out. I wouldn't say it took any longer than expected, but we were told we came after the bigger dinner rush. As an app we tried the fried pickles that were okay but I wouldn't recommend cause it was a really thin piece of pickle to a good amount of batter. We got burgers that were both great and cooked well. Fresh toppings like LTO with a pickle on the side. The fries were good but some were cold and some were really hot which was a little confusing especially with all the signs saying how fresh everything would be. They have both regular and siracha ketchup which was fun though cause I like some spice. They ended the meal by giving small pieces of candy which was great. Prices were reasonable. Overall good experience and my husband loved it so we will be back

I'm constantly looking for new places to visit that have some sort of item that catches my eye. In the case of The Station Pub & Grill, both the Crossing Combo BYO appetizer sampler and the Triple Bypass burger (burger patty, brat patty, and bacon) did just that. I ordered both with homemade chips as the side for the burger. For the appetizer options I picked cheese curds, mozzarella sticks, and waffle chicken bites. If you've ever ordered an appetizer sampler from a restaurant, you've more than likely noticed how you get a few pieces of each item but almost always less than the full amount if you had just ordered one of the items by itself as an appetizer. That's seemingly not the case at The Station. Each one of the items in my appetizer sampler looked like what you would expect a full amount to be. I loved the mozzarella sticks and the waffle chicken bites dipped in the side of syrup they provided were fantastic. I'm not normally a fan of the cornmeal-like breaded cheese curds, but theirs weren't as greasy as ones I've had at other restaurants, which is good. I wish the homemade chips were a little thicker. Their's had some crispiness to them, but I love a super crunchy homemade chip and these fell a little short of that. I enjoyed the burger, but with two meat patties and bacon on it I wish it had two pieces of cheese instead of just one. The one piece got lost in the 3:1 meat to cheese ratio. I had to call back and get the name of the waitress/bartender who tended my table cause I don't recall if she said it. Danielle was particularly welcoming and friendly, which sadly seems to be rare at pub and grill restaurants if you're not a regular that they know. A big thank you to her. She and other menu items that also looked good on the menu will be a big reason I return to The Station for a future meal.

I have driven by this place for years and even turned around in the parking lot but I have never stopped by until today. The place is a nice bar with a couple pool tables and hi tables/chairs to eat/drink at with some gaming machines that seemed popular. The menu is typical bar food and I was in for the burger/beer lunch that I like to do. I did the station burger with cheddar and bacon cooked rare, let's see how that goes because it gets screwed up all the time. The burger comes with house made chips and a pickle spear. The burger looked good and I could tell by the smell that it was cooked properly. The burger was rare and juicy with a nice grill flavor and crispy bacon complementing it nicely. Lettuce and tomato was the only toppings that were fresh and the lettuce was the good leaf kind. The bun was a fresh kaiser roll that was nice and soft and not too bready like some places use so you taste the beef and bacon. I'm impressed with the burger because it was pretty good and cooked correctly which totally filled my burger crave.

Long wait times on Fishfry Friday. That being said the food was very good and the service reasonable for a very hard worked staff.

Great food. Burgers are my favorite. Friendly staff. Excellent selection of tap beer. Gets very crowded for the Friday night fish fry.

Don't let that throw you off--it's super easy to find and the parking lot is a huge plus (no circling like downtown). We stopped in for their Derby party and it was a blast. Fun games, great energy, and an overall lively atmosphere that made it feel like an event, not just a night out. Food-wise, we kept it classic: cheese curds and the lobster dip--both were really good. The curds hit that perfect crispy/cheesy balance, and the lobster dip felt a little elevated but still totally shareable and worth it. I'd definitely go back again, but next time I'd probably pick a less busy time so we can relax a bit more and try more of the menu. The atmosphere was great during the event, but it'd be nice to experience it on a more laid-back visit too.

New management/ownership and it's unfortunate to see this place slide. I'll start out by saying…read morethe food here has never been amazing. Frozen burger patties for sure, it was bar food with slightly upscale beer variety for adults and a kids meal served on a frisbee for their plate for the young ones with discounted arcade card options with meals. Overall fun and worth a trip every so often for a family meal out. This weekend we first noticed new smaller menus, simple can be ok, no big deal. But we could tell it was new ownership the second our appetizer came out. Portions for our usual fried pickles were legitimately enough for one person served in a dish that could fit a single scoop of ice cream. Weird. One server was wearing the equivalent of hot pants and really should not have been... floors were sticky... and I could see the filth around the handle of the walk in cooler behind the bar.... so I can only imagine the state of the kitchen. The arcade is gross now and not only were a ton of games not in service but some were half pulled away from walls/clearly unkempt. When I say dirty, I mean filthy. It's an arcade, I get it, but it's clear that NO ONE here cares or takes pride in running a clean and organized restaurant/establishment. The kid behind the counter probably isn't paid enough to keep it clean and organized but he does get paid enough to literally play arcade games in between customers... because he did. And hey, maybe that's a perk of this job. But management should then hire someone to wipe the games down at least once per shift. Our server was polite and timely- she also worked here before the change in ownership since I remembered her and none of these things were a reflection of her so I shall not name names. These symptoms start with a lack of management and high standards in the service industry. I really hope they can get it in gear because there's really no appeal to go back as of now.

We came here for a birthday party which was hosted across a few tables in a large room kind of off…read morethe main dining/bar spaces. We had 3 TVs in the space. The staff was accommodating about turning on the specific basketball game on that we wanted to watch (March Madness was going on). We had one designated server which made service slower than I would have expected for a party of our size. But she hustled and stayed on top of things for the most part. Their menu online does NOT match the menus they have at the restaurant. As a vegetarian I always peruse menus online to make sure there's something I can eat. They had impossible burgers listed online and not on the printed menu. Turns out they are phasing out the impossible patties and had one available for me (yay!) I liked my burger but thought the tots were way better than the fries I ordered. Someone in our party ordered a chicken pot pie and it was HUGE. Incredible portion for the price, wow. Another big hit at our table was the beer cheese and the alcoholic shakes (Blue Moon and Shamrock). Theres a big arcade inside which was popular with the kiddos. Overall, I think it's a solid spot to watch a Brewer's game and have some bar food. Try the Chicken Pot Pie!
