What do I say about Mooyah? The food is good. The service exceptional, and the atmosphere? Well it…read morewas comfortable enough, but if you're looking for bustling crowds and high energy, you've come to the wrong place. The restaurant was near empty at 1pm on a Wednesday afternoon. You won't have a problem carrying on a conversation. In fact, you could have each person of a party of four sit in opposite corners of the place and speak in a whisper, and still spill the tea. Crickets, and I can't explain why. As I mentioned, the food is good. Hearty and tasty. I got the make your own. A simple burger with bacon and avocado, and fries. Delicious. I can't explain why the hoards haven't found their way here. One possible explanation could be that there's a hippie restaurant, Flower Child, right next door. It was drawing pretty heavy on the foot traffic. Then there's the Shake Shack across the parking lot. It too seemed pretty popular. So what it probably comes down to is the old adage, location, location, location. My daughter seems to think that it's name recognition. She could be right. I don't get how Mooyah ties into burgers. Maybe "moo" as in cow? They do have shakes. Is that where the moo comes into play? It's a mystery. Give the Moo your business. You're going to like the food, and if you're a loner, you'll be in heaven. Quick Tip: Pass on the soda and get one of the mixed fruit drinks. They're quite refreshing, and because there's nobody there, your drink will be abundant and cold.

Great burger! Wonderful service! Casual atmosphere. My husband and I both chose the most expensive…read moreburger on the menu, which was the Double Diablo for $12.29. It has Angus Beef, Pepper Jack Cheese, Bacon, Jalapeños, Cholula, Mayo on a Signature Potato Bun. You can custom order anything on the menu to suit your taste, so I had them hold the jalapeños. My husband said I didn't know what I was missing because he thought they were so good on the burger. We also ordered fries, which are some of the best in town. They come in single, shareable, and family portions. We chose to share the shareable size, and it was plenty for two. If you're hungry for burger and fries, this is a good place to go. I will be back, and I will be trying many other things from the menu, to include a shake.Sorry, no pic. I ate it too fast because I too hungry! I will add, the young guy that greeted us and took our order was so friendly and mannerly!! I wanted to tell the manager personally how nice he was, but they were unavailable at the time of my visit

3.5 Really good chain restaurant!…read more They have a little bit of everything on the menu, from smash burgers to chicken wings all the way to sushi. I didn't try the sushi this time, but the grilled and fried chicken were both really good. The fried pickles were a great way to kick off the meal, and the BLT salad was amazing too. Will definitely be back!

If you're looking for a casual place to grab a bite, catch the game, or just hang out with friends,…read morethis spot is a great choice! As soon as you walk in, you'll notice there are plenty of seating options. Up front there's a lively bar area along with lots of high-top tables. If you're looking for a more relaxed atmosphere, grab a seat by the fireplace. On nice days, they open the garage doors, which gives the place a great indoor/outdoor feel. There's also a second bar in the back with several comfortable booths. To drink, I ordered the Drake Margarita, and it was very good. For my entrée, I went with the Buffalo Chicken Minis. You can order either two or three, and of course I went with three! The buns were soft, the chicken was cooked perfectly, and they used just the right amount of buffalo sauce. I added blue cheese for dipping, and wow... sooo good! They also come with your choice of a side, and the Tots were a great pick. We also shared the Rainbow Roll, and I was pleasantly surprised. The sushi here is definitely worth trying! Service was a bit mixed. Our server did a good job, but the bartender was very slow. I didn't receive my Drake Margarita until my Buffalo Chicken Minis had already arrived, which was a little disappointing. Overall, the food, atmosphere, and variety make this a place I'd definitely come back to. If you live in Franklin and haven't checked it out yet, it's worth adding to your list!
