I'm not usually someone who writes reviews, but I felt compelled to leave one for Tony's. Becoming a regular at a local bar was never in the plans, but I fell in love with the atmosphere, and I've been visiting regularly for years. If you're looking for a game, there are plenty of screens here to watch it on. Want a late night? It's the perfect vibe. There's something fun happening every day of the week with a variety of specials (and happy hour). The food is good and the beer is always flowing! But ultimately what keeps me coming back is the people. The service here is top tier. No other bar has made me feel as safe or as welcome as the servers here. This place is a rare gem specifically because of them. Tony's wants to you "meet your friends here," and that's exactly what I've done. This is basically just a sports bar. The food was disappointing. You can tell it is just frozen food warmed up. I ordered a mushroom burger with no mayo. It seemed a simple request. The waitress did not write my order down. She kept it in her head, I guess. My burger came with mayo which overwhelmed the burger. All seating is high top tables. Literally, just a sports bar with the attraction of young waitresses showing their midriff. The other thing I noticed is several of the waitresses sat down at a couple of tables with friends eating there. There were definitely two tables that seemed to know all the waitresses, and those on duty waitresses constantly visited with their friends all through our dinner. Find a better burger place. Never heard of Tony's until I went online to see what bars had the golden tee video game. Tony's popped up and I was pleasantly surprised to see two games which huge screens. I was welcomed to Tony's when I walked through the door and went straight to the bar where I was greeted quickly and told about the happy hour specials. Ordered the chicken nachos and a couple of IPA's. A group sitting next to me were watching the various horse races around the country which was fun to listen to. Mood: Very local atmosphere. Felt very inviting from the start. Best waitress in the place. She was helpful with what to order during happy hour and made sure I was comfortable. Definitely a place to vibe out & watch a game, grab a drink, mingle and EAT! I had happy hour treats. Twister; raspberry 10/10: good sweet liquor combo. House nachos with chicken: 10/10 i love me some white Queso cheese over cheddar. For happy hour that Portion size was large. Will go again to watch more sports and try more items. This was my go to spot when I was in Franklin for a week for my son's nearby wrestling camp. The food and specials were fantastic. I had a different bartender almost everyday, and they were all amazing. I was never left with an empty glass. In fact, they may have been *too* attentive...thank goodness for Uber! Traveling and stayed nearby for the evening. Needed take out as we had our dog with us back at the hotel. Got a Patriot burger and fries for myself and a Tres Amigos burger for my spouse. Both were good and fries were crispy even in a to go box. Prices were reasonable. To go service was quick after my order was taken at the bar. Seemed like a busy place with lots of TVs, etc. There seemed to be a number of restaurants in the area, but if looking for a sports bar, this would be a good pick. read more

I decided to take my self out and give Tony's a try on a random Tuesday night because the photos looked enticing. It happened to be trivia night which started around 8pm. Pretty much every table was full, including the bar and outside. I ordered the Tres Amigos chipotle mayo cheeseburger, which I wanted to like because that's what drew me to the spot. But the beef really didn't have much taste, even with all the cheeses and sauce. It was a little sad, but it was filling along with the tots. I also tried their twister cocktails, the one with grape/watermelon which didn't taste like it had much alcohol at all, and tasted pretty watered down upon first try. I ordered an IPA for the next round. Unfortunately this was sort of a miss for me, regarding the actual food/drinks... but the prices were reasonable and service was great. My server Sierra was very kind and attentive, as I was on a solo date in the middle of the big crowd, it was busy and I was easy to overlook. She was very helpful, didn't forget anything, and the food was prepared and came out pretty quickly. It is a very standard sports bar, I'd maybe come back for some cheap draft beer, and possibly happy hour which they have different deals throughout the week. 6.5/10 read more

We needed somewhere to go after church one Sunday and decided we'd hit up this place i kept seeing as i was taking my son to his PT appointments...Seemed diner-ish and also seemed to have good ratings on Yelp (which is a good sign right?) We'll here is what we found: Ambiance: Cool 80's and 90's vibe all over with traditional high tops and bar seating with TV's for game watching etc...love the old VHS tapes along the wall and the posters - brought me back to my growing up days... Service: Super friendly and polite / seated and takin care of right away / given time to review the menu and a couple of suggestions to boot. So far so good! Food: Food was great - Wife liked the burger better than the double decker but I liked both. Portions were good size - especially my sons wings which he ordered and could not finish and for a 15 yr old boy that's saying a lot. Price: Fairly typical pricing - or cheap but not overly priced either...i even had a beer and wife had a bushwhacker so the total for the 3 of us was like $65 so not outrageous... Summary: Great stop for fresh food and a retro vibe right in Franklin. Good service and even trivia and retro nights on the calendar for extra fun options...you won't be disappointed! Want good food, good drinks, good company, and good service? Tony's is your place! I think it's the only 21+ place in town(after 9pm,) and it is so fun to join other adults there. I'm a bushwhacker fan (one of my favorite alcoholic drinks,) and Tony's is one of the few places that serves them in town. They are soooooo good! Any food I've ever purchased here is also very good! I was told they make their onion rings in-house, which are served with a yummy "Comeback" sauce. So, I ordered them w no regrets. The patrons make friends with each other immediately and feel like family, by the end of the evening. The servers are fantastic, by waiting on each person, bringing them their correct orders with a smile on their face. It gets very crowded, and it doesn't seem to frustrate them at all. The bouncer is great and willing to carry on a conversation, all the while he stands post carding ppl and protecting the establishment. The manager is awesome and knows how to maintain a FUN atmosphere. My husband, a friend, and me went to the Halloween party and had a blast. We had a winning ticket in hand, so we got some surprises. Talk about great prizes. They showed out! Instead of receiving one thing, they gave us an armful of stuff. We really appreciated the generosity, and we were so glad we participated in the drawing!! This is our new go-to place. Even though, we are in minority due to our age. We don't care. We just join in and feel like we're in college again. This is a cool place to hang out. Lots of energy and positive vibes, with staff that was attentive but seemed focused on making sure everyone was having a good time. This is a pretty classic sports bar, so a great place to hang out and watch a game. Not quite divey, but definitely casual. They clearly attract a lot of local regulars. I felt the food was just OK. I got the Whiskey BBQ burger with fries. The burger wasn't super flavorful, even though there was a lot going on. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. The fries were good and crispy. To me this is a great spot for hanging out and having a few beers or cocktails, with a variety of food options to choose from if you're hungry. Based on my experience I would say the reason to go here is for a fun hangout, and you'll have a great time as long as you don't set your expectations too high on the food. read more

I was looking for a quick burger and beer while in town on business. I was not disappointed. The burger was good and the fries were tasty as well. I got there during happy hour which was 2 for 1 beers. I gave my chip to the guy next to me at the bar because I only wanted one beer, he was really appreciative. I liked the set up. I have been a member here for two years. Happy friendly place, the RSOs keep the place safe but light and welcoming. Rob manages the place, former SF knowledgeable guy. The gun selection has had a major upgrade with the change of ownership a few months back. The range is a little short a 12m, great for pistols, shotguns and rifles less so. It was time for Yelp Roulette as my fiance' and I was traveling. About 2 minutes off I-65, we found Tony's Eat and Drink in an outdoor shopping mall area. We picked Tony's for the variety it had on the menu. But this place was a sports bar on steroids. Lots of TVs and lots of gaming machines were inside and some interesting decor that included recycled cassette tapes. The rundown of my meal started with my future stepson and his obsession with queso. The queso came with jalapenos in it but if it hadn't, it wouldn't had much flavor to offer. I looked at pictures on Yelp and the burgers looked really good. But I was disappointed with my burger. It was on a level higher than the fast food variety but was far from the elite burger category. My fiance' got a BBQ chicken wrap which was by far the most delicious thing I tried from Tony's. My stepson had the ultimate grilled cheese which came with 3 different types of cheese and on sourdough. It tasted really good when it came out hot but not so much warmed over. My sweet tea was refreshingly sweet. Overall, my experience at Tony's was disappointing but there is so much on the menu, I would give Tony's another shot by ordering something different than a burger. read more

What a great find!! My fiancé & I were looking for a new place to try. We've grown tired of going to the same places. We had talked about trying Tony's before but never did. I don't know what took us so long. This place is great! The place isn't large (which is an appeal to me) so if you go later you might have trouble getting in. We visited on a Saturday around 5pm got a table right away. Great cocktail selections. Draft beer is limited, but I found something I wanted. Great happy hour too every day 2-7 pm. I honestly didn't have high expectations for bar food, but I was wrong. The food was amazing! We started with an appetizer (free when you sign up for their newsletter) of cheese fries. Seasoned fries with queso, bacon, jalapeños and shredded jack cheese. These were so good! My fiancé chose the chicken tacos (of course I had a bite). They were great! Very flavorful with just the right kick of spice. The chipotle mayo was excellent. I opted for the Double Comeback Burger. This was one of the best burgers I've had in quite some time. Normally a double patty burger has two rather thin Pattie's. Not so with this one. Two thick Pattie's, double cheese and their "comeback sauce". I want another one already! This was seriously an excellent burger! Service was fantastic! It's open seating, but we were greeted when we walked in and were told to sit where we like. Our server, Julie, was phenomenal! Great personality, answered all of the questions we had, gave excellent suggestions, and kept us happy. Drinks were always filled, and she checked in on us frequently. She even took the time to chat with us after dinner about random things. Some of the best service we've received in the area in a long time.
