Seems like everything is baked, not fried like you'd expect. It all tasted pretty much like it was from a concession stand at a ball game. The quality just wasn't there. Between the boneless bites, bone-in wings, and sweet potato tots, the wings had the best crisp to them. Although baked is healthier, the quality suffers. Tried all three dusts. Lemon pepper was so salty and strong I had to start wiping it off. The black garlic and peri peri didn't have a ton of flavor. Probably would've been better off trying plain. Got five dipping sauces: tamarind chipotle, Caribbean, Korean bbq, garlic parm, and classic ranch. Caribbean and Korean bbq had the best flavor but didn't pair well with any of the dusts. Ranch ended up being the favorite, which is a let down when the others all sounded so good. Overall it was just a disappointing experience. Wasn't one thing I can say I actually enjoyed. The concept is great but the execution just isn't there. Seems like they skimped on the quality of the ingredients or something. The tables in the Gather Food Hall are good for sit down-eating, and the staff at Mucho Peru were kind enough to bring our order to our table the only I have dined in.
