There's no doubt that this is a dive-y little pizza shop. I have only had their Pizzas and cheesesteak hoagies to go, but my wife and I have had VERY positive experiences with the quality and consistency of those items. It does look a little on the greasy side, but to his word it's not the best, but it's definitely better than a lot of the chain based pizza places. The service is quick and casual. I dont know what the deal is over there..2 months ago the pizza was the best !! Then 2 wks ago, the crust was alot thicker, then tonite it was burnt, real rhick crust again and i ordered pepperoni on the whole pie. But got 1/2 pepperoni, the charge for the pepperoni was 3.00.thats for the whole pie topped. The kids ate it anyway because waiting for delivery takes 1and 1/2 hours, understandingly, because of the virus. But they couldn't wait another hour and a half to eat. Arrived 5 minutes early and paid for two small pizzas ($25.55) Obvious that online order was not processed by reaction of the three clerks at counter. Waited another half an hour for my pizzas to finally be done. If I hadn't already paid, I would have left at 6:00. Would have been nice if the clerks offered me a free soda or chips for my extra long wait. Crust was nice and crispy but the sauce was too sweet. Read the other reviews. New station has always been our favorite take out spot...till tonight. I ordered the veal parm platter which I have had in the past and it was always delicious. I ordered it tonight and not only did they switch from "real veal" to a breaded preformed veal patty, but they also raised the price. The veal patty wasn't even cooked to a somewhat crunchy coating...it was undercooked, soggy, and bland. We ordered a large pepperoni and onion pizza with 1 lb. of hot wings, sauce on the side. The total was $25 which I suppose isn't too bad. As previously commented, I agree that the pizza crust was very spongy and thick, tasted like frozen pizza crust. The crust was also way to thick for my liking, the sauce and toppings probably would've been ok with a better crust. The wings were a little dry and overcooked too. Overall I didn't really enjoy any of the food, only ate it because I was hungry. I think I'll stick to Guiseppes, Palermos, etc instead. read more

New Station pizza has provided Lansdale with tasty pizza for the past decade. This pizza joint ranks high with me because they really load on the toppings. I have never had a bad encounter with any of their employees. In regards to environmemt, it is laid back with a decent size t.v. on the wall usually playing sports. Other highlights include New Stations greek stomboli and their veggie wrap. The Greek stomboli is one of my favorites. Spinach with feat cheese and olives is a killer combo. I sampled veggie wraps from a few pizza places in the area and no one compares the New Stations'. Its quite large, full of fresh and cooked veggies, and overall yummy. I've been a New Station fan for a long time and their pizza has always been my favorite in the area. I usually order light cheese just to keep it a little healthier, but it tastes great the way they usually do the plain. The sauce is awesome (it is sweet, which might not appeal to everyone) and I always ask for an extra side of it to dip my crust in. The crust is usually awesome, but once in a while a little undercooked. I don't have much opinion on the rest of their food, I've had a few things in the past, but nothing sticks out as special. The ambiance is also nothing special, just some places to sit and a big tv to watch while you chow down on slices. However, who needs frills when the pizza rocks? read more

At this point I think I've ordered from them 50-60 times in the past 3 years and never, ever regretted it. Their pizza is not a traditional italian pizza, from what i can tell - thick, chewy, crunchy crust, sweetish sauce, an absolutely delectable and perfectly greasy blend of cheese on top. It arrives perfectly, dreamily melty. Then, when you reheat it the next day, the crust becomes crispy and crunchy on the bottom and the cheese a different kind of stretchy and melty that's also perfect. All my friends ask me to order new station when they come to visit. The deliveries are always super fast and the drivers always super friendly. Whenever my family passes by the area, we always stop here for food. We love their meatball pizza and buffao wings, but this review will be more about their customer service. Besides, specific tastes greatly vary person-to-person so I would recommend that this place is worth a visit for you to stop in sometime and try out the food for yourself! My mom has a heavy Asian accent and the people working the cash were super patient communicating with her as she asked about various options and deals. Friendly, respectful, and polite just as customer service ought to be. I appreciated it because you'd be surprised how many times we have had to deal with condescending or rude customer service. Also, my little sister has a milk allergy so she cannot eat butter or cheese. The staff was very accomodating by offering to make her breadsticks with olive oil and garlic instead of the normal butter they use. When we ordered buffalo wings and inquired about the presence of allergens in the sauces, they happily did a thorough search for ingredients. We appreciate their attitude because we are not typical customers and the staff deserves to be recognized for their respectful and accomodating treatment of us.
