I tried some of the yucca huancain and it was good. The yucca seemed overcooked. The sauce was a little too thick. It may be because it was take out so the dish got cold. The flavors were on point but the texture not so much. The purple corn drink was so unique. I never had it before but highly recommend it!! I can't even explain it.
