3.25 My family loves this place and I keep trying to love…read moreit. I'm a big fan of Mediterranean Food, so I'm not sure why I'm not totally on board. For reference, this is a mainly carryout no frills restaurant. There were, however, a number of people waiting on takeout tonight. The cashier specialist who also assisted with food orders was very nice and responsive. She apologized that prices had risen more than reflected on the online menu.., No surprise! I picked up our carryout order tonight in torrential rains, but that didn't influence my review as I had already been soaked in the crazy weather we've had in the Toledo, Ohio/Bedford MI area in the last couple of days. Upon unpacking everything, we vhad a large hummus, a large gyro sub, and a large chicken shawarma entree with rice and tszaziki sauce on the side. The hummus with extra pita bread was good. Without the pita bread, it was too salty for my taste on its own. I'm super sensitive to salt, so keep that in mind, as you may love it! The gyro sub sandwich was a hit! My mom is thrilled to have delicious leftovers. My chicken shawarma entree' was overall good, though a bit salty for my taste. I realize that I'm more sensitive to salt than most, so I would say this was overall good and much better with the pita bread. Check out pictures below... The prices/value are relatively good at this spot. Somehow, for me, it's not crave-worthy, though others in my family feel that it it! I will say that the prices are relatively a good value in our current economy. Definitely check out Wild Wings and Things for carryout!

I'd like to preface by saying that this was my first visit to Ohio in years. Given it's my home…read morestate, I was craving my childhood favorite, Rooster's. Rooster's can never do me wrong, so an extra star has been awarded just for nostalgia & food. Coming from Columbus, I'm used to Rooster's being much rowdier, busier, and staff being more energetic and approachable. Maybe it's a hometown preference, but it seems this Northern Ohio location lacks the morale of a Central Ohio restaurant. Although they were timely (probably thanks to their cooks), it seems the wait staff weren't happy to serve until they were serving the check. I visited 2/3 times in my week stay, and from person to person, nothing changed. Maybe I missed the weekend rush, when it's more bustling and full of life, but this Rooster's never had a wait. The wings are a little greasier than I remember. But my west coast friends enjoyed the massive wings, incredible prices, and quality food just as well as I did. Dumpster fries always shared at my table. Long live Rooster's!

This was an unexpected Gem in Toledo. We came in for a quick lunch before we saw a movie. We got…read morethe turkey burgers which were amazing. They were well seasoned and hit the spot. We also got a garden salad that was exquisitely presented and even better tasting. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The vibe of this place was corporate America meets small town restaurant but in a tasteful and still welcoming way. We will definitely return

Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday after watching the Burger Review Guys video…read more The place isn't huge, but they sure do make up for that in the food and service! Going down Central, you might miss it. It's on the corner with Centennial. Walking in, we were greeted by a gentleman behind the bar, which is on the right. The dining area is to the left. Everyone, and I mean everyone is very nice, and friendly! I had a burger. Advertised as angus steak burger. Man , it was delicious! Everything that you hoped a burger would taste like. The fries were delicious also. The husband had a patty melt and HUGE steak fries. He said that his meal was one of the best he has ever eaten. Prices are decent for the amount of food, around $36. We didn't get anything from the bar, but it looked like they had a pretty nice selection. One perk is you can pay your bill at the table from your phone. I would eat there again in a heartbeat! Maybe get something from the bar next time.

The mashed potatoes are real potatoes, not boxed. My husband had the chicken fajita wrap. He says it was hot and juicy, contents were well seasoned and well cooked. Fries were crispy without being burnt. Our server was friendly and attentive without being obtrusive. We were here in December, only complaint is I don't think the bathrooms are heated, it was very chilly in there. One other thing to note, if you order root beer, it is birch beer and is very sweet (for my own future knowledge, I don't care for it).

Ambiance was dark- like a bar-type of atmosphere- which didn't matter because it was an overcast day in Ohio. It was also more of a sports var as there were lots of TV screens. I ordered a chicken caprese sandwich after being assured by my server that it was one of her favorites. It came with delicious French Fries. The sandwich was good but not amazing. For my taste, the chicken was a bit overcooked, but better than undercooked. The fries were delicious, even though I only ate a few. Before I went to college, I worked in a nice seafood restaurant and our nightly task was to make sure ketchup containers were full. Therefore, I noticed that my container of ketchup was down to the last few squirts. Never a good thing/sound! Overall, not a bad place to eat, but nothing worth going out of your way to try, imo. I see that others gave it better reviews, so this is my experience, Pictures below...

She knew the menu very well and made our experience great. The place itself is nice and very spacious! I also liked they had fires and an outdoor patio to go eat outside. I'll for sure be back when craving some bbq.
