An exception to this is when the power washer decided to etch the wood (photo). Secondly, I stressed the need to be careful around a Trex deck and all the windows, but they clearly didn't care as evidenced by stains in the Trex (which will never come out) and stain drips over many windows and an expensive Anderson door. We have reached out to them several times but they won't get back to us. I find it hard to believe they can stay in business with this shoddy workmanship.
