When they came out to measure we were told that a certain set of cabinets would work in the area we had they said any issues would be taken care of because they measured it. part of the deal we got was supposed to include a sink and faucet., there was some question of which faucet would fit so after they came out and measured, we told them which faucet we wanted. we paid in full for the entire kitchen and the day before they came to deliver it they said that I owe them for the faucet and they would not deliver unless I paid it on credit card.. I tried to contact the salesman quite a few times he never responded. I had to pay to get the kitchen delivered. as I went to install it, we found the cabinets would not work. I will post the pictures below of why not.. I ended up having to move the cabinets over and eliminate part of the window trim. This was their solution. I finally got a hold of the salesman and he told me that I should not get charged for the faucet every time I tried to get the salesman and the project manager together on the phone or by email they never did and end up having to pay for the faucet.. there was also a over shipment of material I didn't need. I had to drive back to Bristol and return it and it took them all over a month to get me my credit and I had to keep calling them trying to get them to send my check.. I really wouldn't highly recommend that you go somewhere else if you're looking for cabinets, Customer Service is nonexistent here
