It seemed like she couldn't do enough to make our meal special and was took wonderful care of us. If this is Southern Hospitality, give me more! All in all I highly recommend this quiet scrumptious piece of the Southland. 5 stars

Once we got our food we didn't see our waitress again. My bestie's mixed drink was never made, and when my bestie and I were done eating the waitress came back to our table and my bestie told her to cancel the drink, she said the drink was already made and couldn't be cancelled. The waitress went to retrieve the drink and it was not made so it was removed from our ticket. Bestie and I both ordered the Triple B burger and asked for the jalapeños to be removed. Bestie's burger came out with jalapeños on the burger. My burger was delicious until the heat from the jalapeños hit my palate and blew my palate with too much spice. The fries were seasoned well, crunchy, and hot. Honestly if the burger had less spice it would have been perfection so I'm so disappointed that I couldn't eat the whole thing due to the heat.

We started the evening off with a handcrafted Bloody Mary that I have not been able to stop thinking about and what can only be described as a true masterpiece. For appetizers we enjoyed bruschetta, shrimp cocktail, and a caprese salad. The flavors were diverse, unique, and each bite was succulent to say the least. For entree's Genna ordered the Filet tenderloin and I ordered the Ribeye. A symphony on a plate. Incredible. Our steaks were prepared perfectly in temperature and the flavors of each bite was incredible. I am typically hesitant on ordering baked potatoes in restaurants, the loaded baked potato that came as a side option with our entree was possibly the best baked potato I've ever eaten. Our service was absolutely phenomenal - top class. The staff at The Vault welcomed us warmly and was very attentive throughout our entire meal and ensured our experience was a memorable one to not soon forget and they certainly achieved. As we were leaving we were assisted on a tour to the bottom level of the restaurant, in what used to be the banks cash vault which has been renovated into a cigar lounge, it was beautiful. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone. If you have not been, please go and enjoy this special gem of a restaurant in West Virginia. I cannot wait to see where this culinary journey takes The Vault, because it is certainly one with one destination, success.
