I seasoned it well first with kosher salt, top, and bottom. Placed it in an oven safe dish lightly oiled. Mixed cumin, paprika(1/4 teaspoon ) and 1/2 teaspoon oregano Mixed together. Rubbed mixture on both sides. Crushed two garlic cloves and evenly spread it across the top. After a drizzle of lemon juice and two serving spoons of diced tomatoes placed in preheated oven 400 degree, middle rack for 20 minutes. Walla! delicious. CLEANEST SEAFOOD MARKET I'VE EVER SEEN!

The restaurant is located right on the water next to the boat ramp and has an enormous amount of parking. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, along with a full bar area. The outdoor seating is especially nice since it's completely covered on the deck but with all of the bushes and plant surrounding the deck, you're not really getting much of a view. This visit, we opted to sit at the bar and were lucky enough to snag three seats together. Our bartender was awesome and did a fantastic job throughout the meal. They don't serve liquor here, only beer and wine, so I ordered a rosé. The bartender recommended a cute little $16 bottle that came in its own mini bucket. It was adorable and paired perfectly with my meal. For my entrée, I ordered the Ahi tuna with broccoli and a side salad. Everything was fresh and delicious. My husband, however, definitely won the meal competition with the shrimp stuffed with crab meat and mashed potatoes. I stole a bite, and wow--it was incredible. The flavor and texture were outstanding, and I'll absolutely be ordering that next time. One of the funniest parts of the visit was the bartender's T-shirt featuring Anthony Bourdain flipping you off on the back. They were selling them, and I couldn't resist buying one.
