After finding this place I will never shop elsewhere for meat. There's no comparison for the quality & customer service. It's a bit of a trek but it's worth it. This was my first time going here. They have a small area to eat inside and outside. The sandwich I had tasted great and it was made to order. They even have brewed tea for any iced tea drinkers. You can even get all kinds of meat even kangaroo. The folks were really nice and helpful. read more

Have driven by this meat market on the way to Vero Beach and home to Sebring. Today we stopped to see what it was. On man, i am glad we did. This little store has a wide variety of fresh meats, sausage, vegetable, sandwiches and frozen items as well. Bought a couple of Pork chops, sausage and a loin roast. A couple ears of so so corn. The pork chops were so tender and tasty, we will get more. Tomatoes were juicy and very good. Made spaghetti with the Italian sausage, man what a taste. Don't let the plain exterior fool you, this is a place to stop for great meats. Staff was most helpful and very pleasant to deal with. In the process of relocating to Fort Pierce and discovered this amazing meat shop /mini grocery / sandwich shop is very close to our new home. Amazing selection of quality meats, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. We took home two extra thick cowboy ribeyes that Ms. Annie custom trimmed for us, along with some Italian sausage and local smoked fish dip. I found out about Best Choice Meats from word-of-mouth. All of the employees are so friendly, so helpful, the owner is really awesome, nothing bad to say about the staff whatsoever. Now to the facts: This store is so clean and sanitary. The meat is the highest quality that I have ever had in Florida, and most likely everywhere I have lived previously. Sometimes there is something completely out there- like the time I made Kangaroo and a few weeks ago for a rack of elk. I am a food snob because I enjoy cooking and having such a selection available is great. Also a small section of produce, fresh eggs, ice cream, etc etc. For the last plug I bought a can of the crabmeat. I could not believe that was inside! It was nothing like Publix- this was amazing.
