Honestly, there are not much fedex drop offs around where I live (unless I'm doing this wrong by using wrong phrases on Google and yelp) so I was pleasantly surprised when I found this place. The distance isn't far but carrying two boxes to here seemed like a daunting task (I was shipping books). This hole in the wall shipping place has only one man manning the fort but I suppose he's really all you need. I waited for a short while and he took my fedex box, gave me a receipt and told me they would pick it up Monday. Came back with box 2/2 and he joked saying he wouldn't wanna workout by bringing boxes to a shipping place but instead would rather indulge in a meal. I had to agree XD. And now that it's Monday, fedex did, indeed come pick up the goods. One of my best finds I think! read more

Had to return tires to Walmart. It was such a hassle By the time I reached JN Network, I was hot, tired, and annoyed with the process.. totally over it. The owner was so nice and patient and knowledgeable. He helped me through the process, alerting me to the fact that I needed to have separate labels for each tire, something Walmart had failed to provide . I really appreciated his customer service. I was a hot and aggy customer who happens to be a therapist lol but he provided me with the space to calm myself down and get the tires shipped back. I don't deny that John is very professional and helpful. However there is something wrong with his pricing system. I came today to print out two important 4 pages documents and make a copy of 6 pages ( all are singled page). He charged me $10?! Seriously? He charged me $1 per page?! I would rather use that money to buy my own machine and ink or rather walk down couple more blocks to copy center which charged only 10cent per page... everything he included tax and service fee which is very annoying. Im an ebay seller so Im using his shipping service almost everyday. But at all times his shipping price is always off compared to eBay shipping listing price. I always end up paying more for shipping. He also does not let me use 15% coupon which he gave me on my first visit. It made me feel a bit off considering I'm there everyday for my shipping needs. What the point of giving me that coupon then? For emergency shipping, you can go to him. He knows what he is doing BUT for daily needs, avoid this place at all means unless your wallet is thick! read more

went here yesterday to send a package back to a company that offers free returns. Also needed to print the label. The guy at the front (didn't get his name) was rude right off the bat. He said okay it's gonna cost you $12 to print the label and send the packages. actually he said he believed it's gonna cost that much But he would figure out exactly how much once he printed the label. My husband told him it's suppose to be free returns. He said they say you can speak to god but can we" he said some weird shit like that and I was just so confused. We obviously ended up leaving because he was being so nasty. Anyways I ended up going to a ups store in the city by my job and they were so nic and helpful. The guy there literally printed out my receipt and said don't worry I'll tape up your package for you. When I said how much he said nothing it's a free return. So then I thought I should write this review so because this place obviously is ripping people off and charging them when they shouldn't be charged. Just find a different place to go to. Dropped a package off here to be picked up by fedex, but the package was never picked up. Called the place multiple times, but they insisted that fedex picked up the package, however when I called fedex, they said the item was never even scanned into their system. The worker stated that as long as I had their receipt, fedex would reimburse me money, however fedex said they are not reliable since the package was never scanned. Avoid this place. read more
