This is the third time I have an issue with this clinic. First they have you waiting for almost an hour or more, just for the Doctor to see you for 10 minutes and no proper explanation of results. I always ask if I have to pay and they say no. Com to find out the next visit I have a remaining balance. No notice before coming in. Now I come here for a walk in and they said they don't do it because it's difficult with their new system update. I need help and I came for it and couldn't get it. Shame. read more

This is the first clinic I have used in over 40 years that actually CHARGES you for an office visit simply to disc results over the phone! There are three people in my family all using my numb for contact. When they text me that one of us is past due for an appointment or another reason, they don't have the common sense or courtesy to include WHO they are texting about nor do they respond to texts asking for clarification. Even when asked during a phone call or in person, they won't answer. I am checking into alternatives! read more

I have been seeing Dr Wang at this location for about 10+ years. I've never gad a long wait. He has always been helpful.

They get you in and out, no hidden fees, all business just how I like it. Recommend as a family doc/primary care spot. Dr. Wang is forward with you, tells you when your concerns are disproportionate to your symptoms, but also takes your worries seriously. I will never forget what he said to me at the end of a worried visit once: "my job is to make sure you're at ease." read more

I came in with insomnia. The doctor prescribed me a antipsychotic. I wasn't comfortable taking that medication so I asked if he could proscribe me something else. He refused. Now I'm out 200 dollars and still have insomnia. Just go somewhere else. This doctor doesn't care at all. read more

This is the worst facility to deal with such a serious matter (your health) Dr. Wong is the most unpleasant and useless doctor I've ever met. I walked in, he did not look at me, he didn't even discuss my symptoms with me and said "you just have allergies" no look in the nostrils, no hearing me breathe, no real check up at all. I asked for cough medicine, he said "you don't need it" they dismissed me so much until I complained. Turns out I have a sinus infection, I had to call in days later to receive antibiotics, they wanted me to pay for another visit. I will never go here again, whether you have insurance or not, save your money. These people are so unprofessional, they lack customer service skills, etc. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY!!!!!! I had to argue on the phone with him about antibiotics as he proceeded to have an attitude about me asking questions. The staff don't know what they're doing and ended up wasting so much of my time. Horrible communication to each other, made me wait an extra 30 minute because one of them forgot to give me a form to fill out. Even with a scheduled appointment and filling out the forms online ahead of time, took an hour for me to get into the room for one shot. read more

This is one of the worst locations I've ever been to in this chain of clinics. The front staff is so unprofessional and the doctor I saw was incompetent. On my first visit, the woman in the front was so rude, and barely acknowledged me. She didn't bother to check the information under my appointment and took a co-pay from me, though my visit was an annual physical which is free under my insurance. The nurse had to correct the situation once I got back to room and I ended up getting a refund... of course the lazy front staff didn't bother to apologize for the error. My experience with the doctor was worst... he spoke over me and had no bed side matter. How can you diagnose or give medical advice if you don't listen?!? I hadn't planned on returning any time soon but received a call a few days later to come in to review tests results. Upon my arrival I was asked to pay a co-pay once again...NEVER in my Healthcare experience have I had to pay for a office visit when I was contacted to come in to review labs. I refused and asked to speak to the doctor... the same lazy front office woman got rude with me again and stated "the doctor will just tell you the same thing...but okay" *eye roll* The doctor never came and she claimed he said the co-pay was required. At that point I took my records, canceled all future appointments and went to another location to receive services. I rather pay my co-pay to a more competent doctor then to this one any day! Dr. Gabriel Nguena SUCKS. Don't waste your time people. He is the WORST dr there. I went in I was really in pain. All he wanted to do was take my vitals and write out a prescription and give me a doctors note for 2 days. Didn't examine me to as least TRY to find out why I was in pain. Great place to go when you need something easy and quick. Since I have yet to find a doctor that I'm committed to, I come to this clinic for medical treatment and physical workups. Everytime I go, there's not much of a wait, and they take walk-ins. Their hours are excellent too, which I tend to prefer in a doctors office. Sometimes I'll call and see if they're busy before I go, if they aren't I can usually get in within 10 minutes of arriving! Nothing spectacular, but not a bad option. Even though dr ngyena is terrific, the wait times are horrible, doesnt matter if you have an apptmt or not, they dont do electronic prescription which is another pain. There is no online portal for viewing your billing or med records, the operations part of the clinic is pathetic. read more

My first experience with this clinic was positive from the start. I went to the clinic in Peachtree Corners. I have no insurance, so I needed to know what expenses to expect prior to my visit. I explained my needs allowing the clinic to give me an accurate estimate. I was able to schedule an appointment within a few hours. Upon my arrival, I was seen promptly and everyone was pleasant and helpful. I saw Dr. Nguena. He was generous with his time, listened to all of my concerns, and answered all of my questions. The Dr. was understanding of my financial needs and offered me options and suggestions to help me meet my medical and financial goals. I left with my questions answered, a plan for my immediate needs, and recommendations for steps to take as I can afford them. Very grateful for this option. Absolute horrible experience. I called and said I recently lost insurance due to job relocation and needed to get new prescriptions for my three current medicines.They said OK not a problem come on in. So I travel on in and wait in a flu ridden waiting room for 2 hours. Pay my $110 personal pay fee. I get moved to the triage and get all my vitals recorded. They put me in my room and the doctor literally walked through the door said I don't prescribe that turned around and walked out and that was it. That was the most unprofessional visit I've ever seen by medical personnel.I don't even see how it happened. I'm still so baffled. It all came down to a lot of waste of money and time. I encourage you to find a professional medical facility where doctors actually want to help you. read more

Walked in. Was over charged. Doctor wasn't personable, took less then 2 minutes to check me out then misdiagnosed me. I called then to look at me again explain that the mediation that was given me did not fix my problem and they said I could come back in. When I got there they tried to charge me again. What type of society do we live in when you purchase product, (in this case diagnosis) you get something you didn't pay for then are asked to pay for it again? This isn't guess until we get it right. You are responsible for human lives. Take that serious and diagnose correctly. After everything was said and don't it would have been cheaper to pay out of pocket then use my insurance. This never happens to me when I go to my family doctor. Live and learn, I tried to save time by going to a jack in the box clinic. What I got was Jack in the box doctor diagnosis. read more

Absolutely the worst. This practice cares more about your co-pay than they do your health. Stayed with them because I Harte changing doctor but I've hit my limit. Always billing problems then I book an appointment for a physical. Almost an hour wait. Finally get in and they draw my blood and give me an EKG. No pap. All of a sudden they don't do those during a physical. Guess they need another $25 co-pay. Doctor talks to be for about 5 minutes. Says he's refilling my blood pressure medicine. I assume it will be the same until the pharmacy calls and says one of them is not covered. Repeated calls to the office. Over and over I'm told a nurse will call me. They never call. In the meantime I run out of medicine. Yes that's right I run out of blood pressure medicine. Dangerous practice. Stay away if you value your health. read more
