She could tell by the attention to the quote alone that they were going to provide excellent service. The communication between the company and us before the day of the move was great. On the day of the move, they called us when they were on the way, they showed up when they said they would, the crew were all very polite and treated our stuff with care, and they worked quickly and efficiently. They brought a uhaul…read moretruck and were close to on time - but my cousin lived out in the middle of nowhere and not easy to find. They did a good job packing and moving. They weren't super fast like most the movers I've used, but they kept moving. It was hot as a mofo so that slows everyone down a bit. I would give 5 stars but they showed up without enough fuel in the truck to drive the 25 miles we had to go, so we had to stop to refuel. When one is paying $150 an hour, a 20 minute fuel stop is expensive and annoying. Otherwise all good.

Price: EVERY OTHER COMPANY that I contacted quoted at least $5,000 and that did not include gas or assembling the furniture. Majestic Movers provided a very reasonable FLAT FEE that included disassembling (which I didn't need), assembling (which I couldn't utilize because I misplaced all of the screws to my furniture.. don't judge me lol), and gas. Customer Service: THIS IS MY FAVORITE PART! Quincy was so pleasant, patient, and professional the entire time. I was already a bit emotional about leaving ATL, but also I ran into SEVERAL complications with my current rental company which caused my move date to change multiple times. Each time, I contacted Quincy, he was understanding and THE PRICE DID NOT INCREASE. Service: Smooth and Quick! They took about 1hr to unload my storage unit, drove to Memphis in a reasonable time frame, and took about an 1hr to unload. There were no breaks or playing around. They were about their business.
