The owner/manager also made sure that my adjustable bed was taken down and moved to the upstairs bedroom the following workday. I had mentioned during booking that the master bedroom furniture was extremely heavy and that I had a king-size adjustable base that was located upstairs , and there was some trouble with the furniture being moved. Overall, the service was good and responsive, though I do wish the missing item and furniture damage had been avoided.

She could tell by the attention to the quote alone that they were going to provide excellent service. The communication between the company and us before the day of the move was great. On the day of the move, they called us when they were on the way, they showed up when they said they would, the crew were all very polite and treated our stuff with care, and they worked quickly and efficiently. Got it contact with Mili's Hauling through Yelp quote this morning and got a confirmation for a few…read morehours later to move a refrigerator. The owner Ed and a colleague were pleasant had all the right tools to move the refrigerator without damaging it. I even noticed they had a go pro set up to document, pretty cool! They assisted me removing the front door from my house since it wouldn't fit at first and helped reassemble it so it they wouldn't damage anything. They were very careful and I would highly recommend them on moving any furniture, refrigerators, etc! They did an amazing job!! After chatting with them, Ed the owner mentioned he just started and I was his first few jobs since starting the business. Props to starting a new business in a pandemic and having the right tools and attitude. That all goes a long way, as a business owner myself, i lookout for all these things. I am throughly dissatisfied with the so called job these children did with the small amount of work…read morethey were required to do. I packed literally everything up but the furniture and it took 3 boys over two hours to haul 8 pieces of furniture out of a one bedroom apartment. They only had to disassemble the bed. I asked them ahead of time then on three other occasions to cover my 2 flatscreen tvs and my desktop screen and they still missed one of my flatscreens and wasted time disassembling otherwise stuff that fit through the door. They took the door off for one thing then put the door back on wrong to where it wouldn't shut. After all this they broke the breaking system to my thousand dollar bicycle I've had no problem with since I've owned it. These boys look like they have no experience and just figured out the opposite sex exists.
