I initially searched on Google and found this company. I gave them a try, the owner whose name I believe was Marcos, was very kind and patient and explained how the prices worked and what kind of cars they had and the whole process. The day I got picked up, the car showed up 10 minutes early, the driver helped me with luggage, asked me if I wanted any music or keep it quiet. Honestly the chauffeur was first class all the way. It honestly really made the start of the trip that much more enjoyable.

Then at 10:13 I get a message my ride was canceled! So my dog missed her 10:30 appointment! Then I tried and tried to get a hold of Uber to report this with no luck. They do not have customer service for complaints. So, I turned to my credit card company and put in a dispute. Uber tried to charge me a cancelation fee when they canceled, not me! Always use a credit card instead of a debit card so you can dispute whatever happened. That's the only way for me to communicate with them is to hit them in their wallet!!!!!!!!

I also love the fact you can call them on the phone and speak to them that way, if you want to, because that's the way I, personally, want to communicate...by talking into the phone, voice-to-voice. I prefer communicating that way, and they welcome it!! I'm so grateful for that! Whatever the customer wants. I'm so glad they offer all forms of communication. They are always accommodating and sensitive to whatever the customer's needs are. This includes if you need extra time getting in and out of the vehicle and getting settled...they are SO nice about that and never rush you and they do help you in any way they can. The girl who first answered any of my calls was very unprofessional saying she would call me back with a quote, she was currently driving . She never called me back I called again on 8/22 and simply said the van was already booked (but never even asked what day i needed it for) when I told her it wasn't until September she said oh yeah nevermind it's broken down not available. I called again beginning of September just to get the black car services, no longer the van. The employee said they could pick us up and do the drop off for our time and location, got my card info and said she would email me the receipt. No reciept was ever emailed to be but I saw a hold on my card, thought everything was kosher. On my wedding date we never received a call NOR text to confirm pickup . We ended up making other arrangements. Card charge never finalized. Assumed they didn't book us properly. Three weeks after I get a call from a different driver asking me where we were at and that they were at our pick up location. I advised the date we hired them was 3 weeks ago. He was very apologetic and asking me for the females name that booked us. And left it at that. Now over a month and a half after from the actual date of wedding I see there's a cancellation charge, and an email sent to me saying it was non refundable. I called the company and they knew my name and why I was calling , he stated it was my fault for not calling them to cancel. I never wanted to cancel the services simply I was not picked up on the date of hire. He will not refund us. When we spoke on 9/28 he apologized for THEIR mistakes. now it's "my fault". I was going to ask around among the other companies and the driver told me that the airport rates are the same for all other companies at the airport. After a long day of travel delays I was exhausted and desperately wanted to get home so I paid $15 for a ride that was under a mile. When I called the company the next day to ask their rates I was told $10. Clearly they lie and do what they can to financially exploit travel weary people. I am usually fairly savvy and am rather embarrassed that I fell prey to this greedy company. Save your money and please do not give Green Cab any of it. Go with a company that has transparent rates that don't change when the driver feels that they can get away with wringing more from you in moments of need. If you are using cash make sure they are using some sort of meter that you can see and that they operate while you are getting a ride. Insist on a receipt so that you have documentation of what you paid. I am assuming that my money went directly into that drivers pocket, tax free. I'd give Green Cab negative stars if I could, but this will have to suffice.
