I found Stagecoach Stop by doing a search of RV Parks in the Albuquerque area. We stayed here for 3 days in September 2018. We were lucky enough to get the last site. Luis welcomed us when we checked in and gave us maps and the introduction to all the park has to offer. The park is in a business park The drive is paved and the sites were gravel and fairly level. The rows are clearly marked with site numbers to make it very easy to find your site. I wish all parks did this. We found our site and set up. The park is close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. There is a super Walmart and McDonald's within 1/4 mile. The Santa Ana Casino has a shuttle that will pick you up from your site to go to the casino. They were busy and would have a long wait so we didn't take it. We were tired so went to the Friday prime rib and crab buffet. The park has a large room for guests with items for sale, microwave, coffee, books, videos and a movie room. There is a pool and spa outside. The pool is supposed to be heated but it was cold and the spa was closed. I used the laundry room which has 5 (1 not working) washers and dryers. Both were $1.75 per load. They did a good job. The shower room had hair and some mess on the floor. The showers were pretty good with places for shampoo & soap and a place to hang your clothes & towel. Service was great. We had a problem getting the cable and Luis and another worker came out and helped us get it working. Their cable is analog which we didn't never checked since most places we've been are HD. The cable worked well after that. Views are amazing. You see the beautiful Sandia mountains and, also, the lights from Albuquerque at night. The one negative is that the roads are narrow so even though we paid for a pull-through site, we had to back up to get out. We had no problems but those in the center would be tight. I would definitely return to The Stagecoach Stop RV Park. It was more quiet at night than I imagined and no invasive lights to shine in your windows. We left very rested and happy.

Manager is friendly. Campground is very clean and well-kept. The showers and laundry room are very clean. Neighbors are friendly. We look a look at 4 campsites within a 20 mile radius and this has been the best one! They even have monthly rates that dont try to kick you or raise your rent by April. As travel nurses, we appreciate that! Great view of the mountain. Literally a minute drive to Walmart and restaurants.

Seems like new management has taken over and they most definitely do not have the same customer service philosophy. Started off with a permanent resident coming over to talk with a worker next to our spot and sitting down in our camping chair at our table. Then decided to stay and try to carry on a conversation that was more of an interrogation. Pool wasn't open when we arrived and was told it was because the pool was so busy over the holiday. (more than a week ago). Finally opened it around 3pm. Next day pool is supposed to open at 9 and is still not open by 10. Sounded like he didn't want to clean it when called on the radio to ask why it wasn't open. Seems like they really want you to follow their rules, and are constantly observing your actions to make sure you are compliant. Even though they themselves are not following the same rules. Sadly we will not be staying here again or recommending this spot as we have in the past. Not a relaxing place any longer.

The park is next to the casino and hotel and there's a free shuttle that will take you back and forth if you want. Just call them and they will come and get you. While we haven't used the showers; we did use the laundry today and it was $2.50 per load to wash and dry. Everything worked great. The main reception building is awesome with games, fireplace and seating, plus a kitchen if you're here with a group. There is a tiny exercise room too! There is a pickleball court as well as sand volleyball and a putting green. So much to do here! WiFi was pretty sad at 2-3Mb so don't expect to do great things. We had our Starlink yay There is a nice pool that will open soon too. They have propane service too. $61 per night with an aarp discount. It's about a 25 minute drive into Albuquerque too.

Again, a big fan of not having to disconnect the tow vehicle. They have a free shuttle to and from the casino, even though it's only a short walk away. They also provide a keycard for the gate that separates the RV resort from the casino. The park is quiet and well maintained. There's no public dumpster, just leave your garbage in front of your RV by 10 am and they'll come pick it up.

Courtesy Patrols (supposedly) limited video in typical places. SPEED LIMITS-Posted 10mph, most do pretty well. Roads are blacktop so no dust, with speed bumps. PARK WATER-We use bottle water. Water is very hard, large build up on the hot water heater anode. They also have their own well. Also they use Water Keys, connect hose to key then install the key and turn, water is on. SHOWERS-I/we did not use them but I saw them being used regularly. SITE SIZE-Sizes vary, however there are 327 sites, --ALL--back-in. Site really was not big enough for our 44' Toy Hauler. All the way in so no patio. Not really wide enough, there is space but trees concrete patio pad and other obstacles put our right side landing gear on the concrete patio while the left was in loose gravel. Unloading the car was a challenge as was loading. Like to load vehicle 2 days before departure so we have to disconnect, load vehicle then reconnect for a couple days. LAUNDRY-4 of each machine with one washer broke. Also spin was not good on #1 which means more drying time. #2 washer is out of service. $2 every machine. NOISE-Plenty of it. I-25 and 423 run hot most of the time. STAFF-For the most part they were good. We ask them about mailing something and they directed us to the mail boxes which have mail drops. I was a bit uncomfortable with this as one letter was to the state on financial. I would like to know when it was picked up. Should have mailed it someplace else. If you have something important, mail it someplace else. SOME SERVICES-Wi-Fi is only in the Club house, bring your own. Cell signal was all bars for t-Mobil/Verizon but wife's was 2 bars at&t. Laundry, Club House, Pool, Sand Volley Ball, Kids Playground, large park, basketball and Tennis Court, mail boxes for long termers only, short stays pickup mail at the office. The mailboxes are controlled by the Post Office. Guests must go to the post office and show they're residents here showing contract etc. All documented in Coronado Village flyer. IF, you are short term here DO NOT PUT SITE # IN YOUR ADDRESS. Your mail should go to the office. Maybe instead of site put Office. Only use site # if you are here long term and have a box with the Post Office at this campground. OVERALL-Right off we were told to park our vehicles in the proper place by the road, not in the gravel. Ok, we moved them in the space between the road and the site. Site next to us parks in the gravel close to his motorhome. No pull thru's. Toy haulers w/patio's or just plain long, ALL sites are back in. No park wi-if. Kind of strange process for the office. Visitors and park guests are not allowed into office, must keep outside of the office. They are prompt in coming out, but seems a bit odd. Lots of cats at this campground lots. Not good for wife as she is very allergic to them. Cat tracks across the car hood. A large city, largest in N M. I believe so there are lots of services, grocery stores (Whole Foods is pretty good) electronic stores and food, lots of restaurants. Miley's Cafe is good for breakfast or lunch. You can take a drive and get to other things. We went to Durango and rode the Durango to Silverton train. Took around 7hrs up and back plus time for Lunch. 2 tickets $220. Sounds expensive but it was worth it to us. It was very scenic. A review on Durango to Silverton was done. I would skip the Four Corner Natl. Monument. It was very underwhelming, not worth the drive. Traffic is a big issue, and they are pretty bad drivers too. Seems like the cops avoid 25 and the Pan American. Speed limits mean nothing. If you go the speed limit best to get behind someone else doing the same. I will advise you to get confirmation of dates, written, for your stay, from experience. The park residents all seem to be very nice people. The neighbors behind us traded salsa, cucumber bites. She made the salsa and it was great.

They terminated my lease a month…read moreearly with a non-renewal (I have lived here a year) because my dog was "off leash" in my yard next to me. The story: management came to renew lease 2 months early, did site inspection, I was outside with my dog using a remote collar, management tells me she can't be "off leash" so I ask if a remote collar is okay. They tell me no. So I go inside and put on leash, and take her back outside, showing them I have a leash and will comply. That same day I get an email stating our lease is terminated and we are not eligible for renewal, saying we have 30 days to vacate. The kicker? That same day while I was doing laundry a man was walking dogs with no leash, and a lady was in her garden (unfenced yard) with her dog in the street near the front gate. Also, in the lease agreement it states that the deposit will not be given back if lease is not complete, so we will see if I get my deposit back since they are terminating it a month early.
