I am disappointed in the Planet Fitness franchise and this location in particular…read more They allow "their" personal trainer to hold machines for a scheduled class from 12:00 (noon) to 12:30 p.m. When I was there on this day between 11:00 and 11:15 a.m. said trainer had the "reserved" sign up and there was no class nor participants. I ignored the sign but then decided to ask the staff for clarification. I know how to substitute exercises for the machines I supposedly can't use, but this is a VERY POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. I have been a Planet Fitness member for a few years and have always been an advocate of the franchise. I will no longer be a proud member of the franchise and will never give a positive "word of mouth" for it.

They either need to update their ACs, or if it wasn't working I wish they had a sign up or something - I could barely make it 10 minutes before having to leave. I was told that you can cancel online, but you have to pay the extra month during cancellation...I mean...why? So, I wouldn't advise anyone getting a membership here unless you are told EXACTLY what the charges are for prior to signing up...because NONE of this is mentioned during the initial sign up.

Most of these gyms are the same footprint. Same machines. Same quality. Friendly folks. This gym is infact that. I have the program through your insurance that gives you access to 15k+ gyms for 25 bucks a month. It is very much worth it if you travel or just want gym variety in your own town. What I really like about this gym is the footprint. Everything has plenty of space around it. Most if not all the machines were maintained. Didn't smell, and everything you want for in a nice gym. If I'm back in town, y'all will see me again.

I…read morejust finished up a 3 month membership and I was able to go to a variety of classes that are offered. My favorite classes are Release & Restore, Gentle Yoga, Vin + Yin, and Gentle Flow. As soon as you walk into the studio you feel a sense of calm and ease that continues as the instructors help facilitate mindfulness throughout your practice. Every instructor has been caring, welcoming, and accommodating. You should definitely start your yoga practice at Freedom Yoga!
