Do not do business here. This business sold me a Waterower machine, natural color, for $1,499 plus…read moretax ($89). They said it was commercial grade and worth $3,000. I looked it up online and the same model, new, costs $1,199. I then called the manufacturer and they looked up the serial number. The unit I purchased was built in 2017. I called the store and asked what they would do to remedy the situation. Because they had already paid commissions to the sales rep (I bought this 2 days ago), they were willing to take it back for a full in-store credit or give me back $300. I don't want a credit because I don't trust the store, and the $300 refund makes it equivalent to the price of a new unit, yet it's six years old and has a one warranty from the store. The manufacturer said they are not an authorized reseller so I'm not sure how they would initiate a warranty repair. I called back the next day to facilitate then refund and asked if perhaps I could just pay them the amount they paid the sales rep in commission and then get a full refund. The owner got very upset with my line of questioning and eventually hung up. No refund. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. This is a dishonest company that is more worried more about having to take back commission from their sales rep than they are making the customer happy. Do not do business here.

Chip is so skilled at putting together fitness equipment that with one assistant, he put together the two pieces in an hour. The bench (Tysons) had questionnable quality control (China) so two of the screws weren't properly fitted, but Chip just moved thru the problems like the pro that he is. The guys were neat, did no damage to my property, and did exactly as promised. Reasonably priced and professional, they were very good value for the money. I would hire this company again for any of my sports equipment needs.

These are the types of machines used by elite military units and high-end fitness clubs. They are large and heavy but extremely quiet and durable machines that run for tens of thousands of hours. My previous Nordic Track treadmill was a cub scout, maybe a boy scout. This Life Fitness treadmill is a Navy Seal. 2. Reasonable cost. I was able to get a gently used Life Fitness treadmill installed for about a quarter of the cost of a new professional Life Fitness machine. It was also less than half the cost of a new Nordic Track or comparable "high-end" home treadmill. New flimsy Nordic Tracks are creeping toward $5k plus all the high-pressure iFit program costs to boot. This no-nonsense, structurally sound treadmill was less than half of that - installed! 3. Like New, Chip cleans up the machines, replaces the belts, and delivers a very clean, reliable and asthetislly-pleasing machine. It looks great in my workout room! Even used, it looks like my highest-end piece of fitness equipment. 4. Honest, hard-working, local small business. I met Chip at his showroom in Sterling Virginia and immediately knew this was a different buying experience. He understood the nuances of each machine, the refurbishment process, new/used costs, delivery... every step of the process. We agreed on a treadmill, a fair price, and the delivery window with a firm handshake. No getting put on hold, no up-charges, and no attempt to sell me an extended warranty, iFit subscription, or maintenance program. 5. Chip is keeping these exceptional machines out of the landfill. Chip is doing the DMV and the environment an incredible service by refurbishing and reselling this high-end equipment. Machine was delivered and set up right on time and exactly as I needed it... and it was AWESOME. My entire family loves working out on it - incredibly well built and sturdy, very quiet, and workouts can span from something nice and light to a real soul-killer. About 3 months ago, the resistance stopped working... and I thought to myself "uhoh... here we go again... I'm going to call and get the runaround and this will never get fixed." I called and Bob picked up, took my information, submitted a work order - and the service repair request was in... I was very surprised with how easy and responsive they were. About two weeks went by as I waited for the repair part... so I followed up with service... and they apologized, stating that the part was backordered and they were having trouble finding a replacement due to COVID. Now I'm getting a little skeptical... thinking "here we go again with the runaround." But sure enough - a week or two later, the part showed up... and Fit Repairs set up an appointment to come do the repair two days later... Two days later - the repair person, Charles, from Fit Repairs shows up - very professional, extremely nice, and he proceeded to work on the machine... he worked on it for over TWO HOURS... and I could tell he was doing his very best to get things to work. Turned out that he needed an additional part to complete it... but my problem was that we were moving in a few weeks, so I could not wait another month for it to arrive. Charles said that he couldn't guarantee anything, but he would personally put in the order and make sure it gets delivered in time (and I'm thinking in the back of my head "sure.. here we go again..."). But... two days later I get a package with the new part - and Fit Repairs set up an appointment almost immediately. Charles came out again - and was able to get everything working perfectly (which was not easy... I watched some of the work - the man knew what he was doing). So... first, I want to apologize for ever doubting those in customer support - Bobby, Johnson Fitness, Fit Repairs, Charles, etc, and thank you all for your help... you all surprised me with the level of professionalism, responsiveness, and customer obsession. I've become jaded by too many bad experiences with other companies... this experience was truly something great. They were sloppy and made me wish I'd assembled it myself, although I was glad I didn't have to carry it upstairs! After assembly they tested it, and it made a bad noise from the left-side drive. To alleviate the noise, the installer tried jamming a phillips head screwdriver around the cover plate creating scratches and gouges in the plastic. On closer inspection, you can see it wasn't made correctly. I am going to expect them to replace the base unit rather than manufacturing mistake and installer-created cosmetic damage in my bedroom. Delivery and installation were a fail. Now I will find out about support. I will update the review once I have a usable machine.
