Upon arriving, I was greeted by an employee who asked if I needed anything. He brought me a pair of sneakers that I was interested in. Shortly thereafter, another seasoned employee who was previously helping another customer asked how I was doing. He asked me a few questions about the fit and feel and suggested that I go up a size. I also asked him socks and waterproof spray. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with the exceptional and courteous service that I received by both employees. The store is smaller than other local standalone athletic stores in the area. The one complaint that I have about this location is that the windows are bare with no blinds so it was very bright to see the sneakers against the windows. It is particularly challenging for those of us who have sensitive eyes. I had a hard time seeing the merchandise. Full price unworn items are available for exchange, store, credit, or refund within two weeks of purchase. Full price worn items can be returned for store credit or exchange within two weeks of purchase. A perk of this retailer is that they offer a loyalty rewards program where when you have made a purchase total of $250 you get a reward of $25 to use for future in-store purchases. The backpacks that I looked at were a bit larger and heavier than what I am looking for. I perused several sandals and the first pair of Teva sandals I saw were ginormous. The sandals look like they were swallowing my feet. The sandals at this retailer are likely meant more for practicality and comfort rather than their style. I found a second pair of Teva sandals that weren't as wide and fit my feet better. They are not the cutest, but they felt comfortable when I tried them on. The staff are amazing. I was greeted by three employees. The first one greeted me when I entered the store. The second one asked if I needed anything when I passed by him while I was shopping. The last one Krissy asked if I needed help when I was looking at the sandals. But when a female in her twenties walked in without a bra, the same employees came out of nowhere, suddenly paying attention and asking her how they can help her find the perfect shoe.
