We just hosted our son's 3rd birthday here this past weekend, and had an amazing experience. From first booking the party to day of and straight through our 2 hours the team was so great and easy to work with. It was such a relief on our end that someone handled the set up, clean up, decorating, etc... During the party, the staff was so attentive to the kids, and in sync with the vibe the party. Their activities were age appropriate, and engaged kids of all different ages from 1.5 -- 5 in attendance. We came to gymtime place for a birthday party, and I must say I was impressed! They do everything, and do it all with a smile. Our party had 3 instructors for a group of 16 children. They brought out a bouncy house for the kids to play in, then played the complete trolls sound track and started a dance party with bubbles. When the kids were ready, the instructors slid each child on a huge wheel and slid them across the floor (sounds crazy but every child was laughing and having the time of their life). They also have equipment and activities for the littlest ones. My son is 11 months and he crawled through a tunnel and climbed up a small padded stairway. He really made a fuss once it was time to leave. Gymtime also provides all the food (pizza, pretzels, drinks) and sets up depending on the theme, and their prices are very reasonable. My son began going to Gymtime place a few months ago and he has grown tremendously since joining. The staff is hands-on, down-to-earth, very kind, and gentle - especially as my son started at 7 months old and he was beginning to have some stranger anxiety. Now almost 10 months old, he absolutely loves it and looks forward to it. The classes are age-appropriate and he enjoys crawling on the gym equipment, bubble time, engaging with the other children and learning new songs. We had such a lovely birthday for my 4 year old yesterday at Gymtime Place. Emily answered numerous (admittedly tedious) emails from me leading up to the party, quickly and professionally. The staff helped me decorate before the guests arrived so everything was set. The staff were warm and friendly with the kids and tried to engage even the ones who were apprehensive. My 9 year old and 12 year old also joined in running around and they even said it was a great party! I would 100% recommend them and do another party there in the future. read more

We had my son's second birthday party here. While the group was under 10 kids, the space could easily have handled double or more of that amount as it's in a large room with high ceilings so it didn't feel cramped at all. Emily the owner was very helpful in answering our questions and helping to coordinate the logistics. The Gymtime Place team was amazing at helping us set up and run the party, and they were wonderful with the kids even coaxing my son out of his comfort zone a few times. Parking was convenient across the street and the equipment was clean. They had a variety of activities planned so the kids were entertained the whole time and even though the party was only a couple of hours they learned all of the kids' names. I had my daughter's 4th birthday party here and it was awesome! Everything was run smoothly, from booking the party to post-party cleanup. Emily, the owner, and the instructors are super enthusiastic, making sure the kids have a great time and they certainly did! We had nothing to stress about and arrived five minutes before the party to see everything set up beautifully in the theme of my daughter's choice (hello kitty) and the staff handled everything as the guests rolled in. The scheduling is unique in that you pay the flat fee membership and can come as much as you want.
