Wendy really pushes her students and retreat attendees in remarkable ways that build strength, flexibility, and over health and well being, but still is very chill, relaxed and fun setting. Its inspiring to see someone so dedicated to the yoga lifestyle. I hope to stay in touch with Wendy and Julius in the future to attend a yoga retreat. She pushes you just enough to get an impactful and effective workout (and you feel it the next day) but she does it to where you dont push too far, injure yourself or get discouraged. The facility is well equipped, clean and its a really fun environment. Everyone here is happy to be here and Tracie is always engaged. I absolutely love the variety of unique and fun workouts that I haven't seen anywhere else. There's a large exercise area and even a comfortable lounge area with table, couch, and chairs. Each space was meticulously clean. Also, the owner is so sweet and knowledgeable. I went in for an Aerial Yin yoga Friday morning and it was so relaxing and soothing to the soul. This will definitely be a new regular fitness studio for me - I cannot wait to try their other fitness classes next week!

There are usually 3 classes offered for each time slot because she has 3 studios. There is a hot yoga room, Pilates and bar room, and a beautiful non-heated yoga space. I am a yoga teacher and very picky about teachers and spaces. Liz Guardia is fantastic. If you like a yoga class including philosophy she's the best! I've taken a lot of their different offerings and have been pleased. Of course, some better than others. There is something for everyone. I highly recommend trying a class or two :)
