One on one training with Pam makes me want to work out. It holds me accountable during the week. Now I am working out and cycling each week and eating better. Pam listens to her clients to make sure we are on the same page with goals. I came back to working out after an injury and she created work outs to strengthen my back/core before moving on to prevent any further injury. I had told her I would like to lose some weight but it was more important that I felt better physically. She customizes each work out depending on her clients needs. I can't tell you how much better she has helped me feel--my energy level has increased like crazy. She is very easy to be around at the end of the sessions I feel like I had only been there for 15 mins. I can tell by my sweat and muscles that it has been an hour!
