There's no competition or judging, if you're not pushing yourself than the only person who is losing is YOU! The first week is free and after that it's $75 a month for unlimited classes or $10 per class. If you don't feel like exercising the second month but want to come back the third that's perfectly fine!! No sign up fees, no paperwork fees, nothing hidden. They also have a store right on site with prices you can't beat, there's also a store online where they sell just about anything you need to get fit fast. I know this is an outstanding review across the board and some people may be skeptical but if you show up for the FREE WEEK you'll see I'm just another participant trying to look good, my personal reason is my wedding in December.
