I heard that this place was really good from a friend that lives nearby. So we thought we would check it out. We were sad to have a bad experience. We walked in with no one else in the place, oh good! fast service. My sister had not had gyros in years and was checking out the menu. We asked if we wanted to order, I was waiting for my son in the bathroom, so she ordered a beef/lamb gyro and a chicken shwarma gyro. The man behind the counter said ok and then asked what I wanted. I wanted for my son to order, then I ordered ( which both of our orders were gyro plates with rice and hummus). The man seemed to start making our orders but nothing of my sisters. We got all the way to the end to pay and still no gyros. By this time there were 3 people behind us and the other man was now behind the counter making orders. After I signed my payment receipt, I just stood at the counter. Both men turned and looked at me and said, anything else.. I said yes, her order. Oh! They said... you wanted something? She said yes, and then repeated her order. I could see the flustering of orders and making things faster, but it was still not good service. Maybe he missed her order when she first said something? Anyway, there was no apologizes for missing it. He did not ask if we wanted something to drink or was friendly at all. I wish our experience was better since it came recommended. read more

Very nice staff, order ready when promised, gyros were good, fries so so. Prices were not on website and I found them a bit pricey. Two guys in the restaurant working. Neither wearing a mask. Ordered pita and hummus. Nice size hummus but one small pita. read more

We had the chicken shawarma plate and beef and lamb gyro with Greek fries and falafel as sides. Everything was fresh & had great flavors . falafel was 'meh' to my tastes but it's the first time I've had it so It just might not be my thing - it was crisp and not greasy at all for being fried. Used to like them but their Greek fries are now soggy and have less sauce, and they wrap the sandwiches messy. They also started giving us burnt pita bread and smaller portions. I guess they just got lazy. They also started cussing at customers in arabic for asking for certain customizations on their food. My gf speaks arabic and overheard this a couple times recently. She also stopped coming in cause one of the workers started hitting on her. Place went way downhill. Me and my girl Tried Gyro Plus, WAY Better. Wont be coming here again. read more

Gyro Stop consistently has the best product. I feel like I can go to any of their locations and get something that is consistently good. My favorite is the Chicken Shawarma plate. It comes with a pita and I usually buy a second to go with it for around $12-$13 total. There is enough chicken, rice and hummus to completely fill both pitas to bursting and it comes with a salad on top of that. I haven't ever been able to eat all of it in one sitting and if you know me, that's saying something. I have friends who really like the salad that comes with gyro meat and watching them order, that comes with a great deal of meat as well. I would order that too if I was willing to eat lamb but after eating that as the primary protein source of my youth, I have sworn it off completely and haven't eaten any lamb in over 25 years. If I were to fall off that wagon, Gyro Stop would be the place where it happened because it looks delicious even after the "incident" that ended my consumption of lamb. The service is always friendly at every location and the restaurants are always clean. This is a definite go-to place and their yelp reviews support that. read more

Food was just egh, beef and lamb shawarma was dry and not properly season, rice was dry and hard, salad was wilted, lamb gyro was dry and hard fillings was ok, food do not taste like your typicle Greek Mediterranean shawarma plate/gyro. Real reason for 1 star is service was bad. No need to get into why, but no customer service skills at all, fyi I've given this place 3 chances being that it's the only place in town but I'd rather skip food next time. read more

We called in our order and the employee read it back to us. When I received the food one of the sandwiches was missing. I explained to the guy that the shwarma sandwich that I ordered wasn't in the bag. He said that he made it but he forgot to make the other sandwich that I requested. When I got home I realized that he made both of the other type of sandwich. It was just frustrating that he couldn't figure it out and when I explained to him that he made a mistake he didn't own up to it. The Greek fries were skimpy too. I have eaten here in the past and it's been good but it's going downhill fast even though it seems to get more expensive. read more

Everything about my first and only visit was bad. Looked like I interrupted the employees visiting time and they were annoyed when I walked in. Ordered the Gyro salad for my son. Wasnt a salad it was a bunch of meat with a side salad and no dressing. The meat didnt taste fresh. Hummus was watery. And now he thinks he has food poisoning. We wont be going back! read more
