I've only done takeout here a few times over the past few months. Not impressed at all. You know they don't even give you enough sauce to cover the pasta. Like if you mix it all up, there's gonna be plenty of pasta without any sauce on it and it's quite annoying. Last time I specifically asked for a little more sauce, please and I swear to God they put less sauce on it. I didn't think that was possible so we had to open up our own jar of spaghetti sauce at home. And I got some of those take to go meals and last time although they didn't have a lot of sauce, at least the portion size took up a good space in the bowl yet this time it was like half I don't know what's going on. I'm not interested in eating here anymore. I can tell you that I'm done taking my chances I'm not sure if this is normal or how the kitchen operates but when I do takeout, I do not tip so maybe that has something to do with this. My wife and I won't be going back. A new manager took over recently, and she has effectively ran us off with new policy. We love the staff, but not happy with the new corporate $&@$!. We've been eating there once a month for more than two years, but no more. The new corporate bulldog, can't remember her name (tallish, brunette), but she happily informed us that our bill would be double, and that we now get to enjoy the great value of half our normal order. I mean, kudos to her for having the skill of being able to hold a straight face and be chipper about informing customers of this new terrible policy. BUT, Excuse Me?! You wanna charge me twice my normal bill for half the amount of food? Not happening twice! I'm never going back to og. You can overcharge and underdeliver to someone else. Our few $$$ may not make much difference, but if enough people get robbed by this new price gouge policy, we won't be the only ones leaving. Again, love the staff! I'm not a huge fan of Olive Garden, but when my kiddo found out about all you can eat soup salad, and breadsticks, she begged me to go. We were seated really quickly, and we had a really wonderful waiter. I wish I could remember his name. He was attentive, the food came out quick, and my daughter had a great time. The salmon was perfectly cooked and not dry. I ordered my salmon with butter on the side. The salmon was tasty even with no butter. The gnocchi soup was tasty and did not disappoint. I just had dinner at this olive garden in everett, and the service was poor. I had to wait for the waitress/ bartender to notice me and then when she came over, she couldn't answer questions about the menu. After ordering, she never bothered to ask us if we wanted more service. So we had to tag her down bcecause she was busy giving her attention to one customer at the bar. This was a frustrating visit, when it easily could have been simple. Everything negative is directly pointed at the service. We were seated pretty quickly for a Sunday evening, which is always good, our waiter Robert greeted us at minimum 5 minutes later. We were a table of 3, I knew what I wanted, my sister knew what she wanted, and my wife needed time and asked to go last. Robert then pressured her to go first because he wasn't listening to what was being said and only reacted to what he wanted to hear, which is a running theme of the night. I ordered SSB and the other 2 ordered simple entrees because my wife just ordered Scampi because it was the only thing she was comfortable ordering in a hurry. Because Robert wasn't concentrating he put lemonade in my water and mixed up my sister's and wife's Coke and diet. Food was I would say okay, not the best or the worst. We just wished our waiter was more attentive.another good example is when giving to go boxes he completely forgot lids to soup, kind of necessary dont you think. Food may be great and the other half would be how they are served. We had guest over Saturday. Question what's for lunch agreed upon was spaghetti. So we ordered take out that means I have to drive and pick-up our order. So I kinda took my time getting in the car about ten minutes. When I arrived I called the take out number the young lady stated my order will take 30 minutes. I was taken a back I explained to her that I had ordered online. She states that it will take 30 minutes. So I had to wait, as I waiting a car pulled up next to me and the people in the car was smoking and it was horrible the smell and inhaling second hand smoke. Olive Garden should have signs up "No Smoking". I rolled up the my car windows. The young lady brought out my order plus the receipt as if I had to finish paying. What they wanted was to get a tip. I do not like to tip especially if I have to drive there. After I get home no bread sticks which is normally free didn't come with the order I paid for the bag. The service was very attentive and on Mother's Day! The food was delicious I had some salad and Chicken Tortelloni Alfredo and it was tasty. The Cavit Pinot Grigio paired nicely with. I even had some appetizers that were fried calamari and another one that had fried shrimp and peppers and that was good too. The ambiance was fine, yes it was loud and super busy but they did get the drinks out fast and the salad and apps and that made us happy. The watermelon Sangria I ordered was kinda sticky sweet so if you like sweet drinks then have at it. I probably wouldn't order that again. All in all it was a wonderful Mother's Day lunch/dinner. I am not sure how did I miss to review this place! We were here for lunch a while ago. Located near the Everett mall. It's a small place comparing to other Olive Gardens around. The lady who welcomed us and served that day was terrific. Shame that I completely forgot her name. She showed us one of the most comfortable seats. We ordered Cheese Ravioli, Seafood Alfredo, Grilled Chicken Margherita and the deep fried Calamari. The food arrived in around 10 mins even though it was a busy time there. They served the bread sticks, soup and plenty of salad as well. Food was really good. Loved the Grilled Chicken Margherita and calamari more than other two. Always loved the Olive Garden food. My Steak was fully blue, the waitress tried to gaslight me and tell me it was medium rare but the steak was so rare you could tell it had oxidized. The server didn't want to be at work, she ignored my 7-year old brothers request for water as well as my mothers; but the manager was very nice, and she took the steak off the meal. read more

We were looking for some grub on a cloudy early Summer evening, and decided on Olive Garden. I had a hankering for some soup, salad and breadsticks. So, we made it into Olive Garden. It was a mellow kind of night; perfect for some leisurely SSBS. (somehow, in my mind, making it into an acronym seems kinda naughty! But, I'm a different breed of cat!) I was dining with friends, but I was the only SSBS girl (don't you feel a tiny bit naughtier after reading it?) I was a little surprised (not necessarily in a bad way) to learn that serving the soup with the main course is SOP. (That's Standard Operating Procedure, which isn't naughty at all.) I was jonesing for some of that lucious potato gnocchi soup that i love soooo much. The waitress brought my soup post-haste, and everything was magical! If you haven't partaken in the creamy goodness of this soup, I strongly urge you to do so ASAP! For the salad, I asked for no onions in the salad, because onions and I haven't been on speaking terms since the fallout of '01! Since my dining companion has an ongoing love affair with those testy tubers, we agreed to get them on the side. That's some awesome accommodation, right there! The breadsticks were soft, and not too salty. So they were little sticks of perfection! In other words, luciously 'licious! The restaurant was super clean, and the staff very upbeat. I visited the Everett Olive Garden location for lunch after shopping at the mall and was highly disappointed with my meal. I'd like to start that whoever hosted when we arrived at 12:30 PM was incredibly kind and professional, kudos to the gentleman who sat us. The service for our meal was fine, if not a little impersonal when we have to close out on the tablets. Our ice teas had a hint of ice, and it was when we drank our luke warm drinks that I realized the details most likely don't matter at this OG. We ordered the egg plant parm and fettucine alfredo, with the fried Zitti appetizer and dipping boat. When our boat of sauce arrived, I knew something was wrong with the five cheese marinara. It was way too dark, and looked like it was cooked to high heavens. When I tasted it, the sauce was bitter and almost looked a shade of brown. I always get the dipping boat of five cheese marinara, and historically it has been a sauce that is pink in color with a fresh flavor. The poor quality sauces continued into our meal, when the alfredo sauce was pure salt and my fiancé's marinara on his egg plant parm was incredibly acidic, and also dark. Again, I've been to Olive Garden many times and have never seen such a discrepancy among different locations, and even though the food in a chain restaurant is rarely outstanding, I can typically trust that no matter which OG I go to that everything is consistent. I was saddened that our server did not address that we hardly touched our food, or wanted to-go boxes. We picked at everything and left disheartened. It would have also helped if management had table touched the dining areas, since it was not busy and it would've been helpful to communicate everything I have stated above. Had soup and salad and it was just okay. Like on the level of Dennys restaurant. When they grate the cheese on your salad I asked the waiter what kind of cheese it was and he said parmigiana. I asked another waitress the same question and she said half parmigiana and half Romano! Haha! I know what I'm eating and it was most definitely Romano!! %100! But the choose not to be honest, just ignorant. At least know what your serving people!!! What a joke. This place is not an Italian restaurant! Anyone who knows there cheeses knows that it is Romano- and believe me there's a huge difference in taste! On February 1, 2020, I attended a birthday party at the Olive Garden restaurant in Everett with nine other people. Fatima was our server. She was a little hard to understand, especially on a noisy Friday or Saturday night. Fortunately, we made a reservation for one of their large tables in an isolated room. This cut down on the noise a lot. I had the Cucina Mia Spaghetti with meat sauce, with a side of salad (or you could have soup), for $12.99. If you buy an entrée, you can get a take-home meal for five dollars. This I did, which was another plate of spaghetti with meat sauce. They also served pre-buttered breadsticks as appetizers while you're waiting for your food. As for my drink, I simply order water (without ice) as restaurants always ding you for potables. Overall, everybody was satisfied with their meals with no complaints. The restaurant staff even helped us celebrate the birthday occasion. The funniest part was when a server was doling out parmesan cheese on one of our party's entrées without stopping. The person in our party had to be told "you have to say when". When she said "stop", then the server stopped. read more

The hostess yelled across the room and talked on her radio as if she was a drill Sargent. Our waitress was rude and unpleasant. Well here we are at the new Olive Garden in Everett. Mi-o-mi the Calamari was fried perfectly and Cowabunga the Salad and the Breadsticks were so tasty and delicious. We split an order of Eggplant Parmigiana with Spaghetti and Three Cheese Marinara. The family used to say Abondanza and Monga when I ate Italian in old Sonoma County and San Francisco as a youth. Came in on a Friday night. The wait wasn't too bad, the hostess quoted us a 10 minute wait and we were seated in under that time frame. It was pretty crowded, and we were unfortunate enough to be seated in an area full of loud, screaming children. As we were dining without our children, this was a negative. Our "ziosk" was broken. If we had known how much this would impact service we would have either requested to move to another table, or just left all together. Apparently if you do not utilize your ziosk to order then your apps and drinks come out slower. Also, if you are unable to utilize your ziosk to alert your waiter/waitress that you need something, you will wait a LONG time for them to come to your table. I ordered a new offering, the Pot Pie Italiano Nonna's Kitchen Sink. It was meh. The pie crust added nothing, the inside is obviously a mish mash of what was left over from other dishes. This is a great way for OG to save their food and beverage budget, but does not translate well to the plate. The flavor was bland. I ate a few bites and gave up trying to pretend it would get better. Hubs had the Tour of Northern Italy and it was just okay. The chicken Lombardy tasted like jarred white sauce covered in bacon bits. The other two components were equally unimpressive. An entirely underwhelming experience. I wish we had made a different choice for our night out. read more

Food was horrible. I just ordered soup and salad. Soup was cold and salad was old lettuce with out a dressing. My friend had a pasta dish and the noodles were way under cooked, so not that great It was chaotic at the restaurant and they had so many servers running into each other in a narrow aisle. Don't know if they were there for training or not. It just made me feel anxious. I'm hoping it was just a bad day for the restaurant. But don't know if I would go there again just to find out. read more
