First time here, I usually don't eat gyros or Mediterranean food unless I am craving it but food was amazing, very flavorful. Service was amazing, I was undecided on what to get cause I usually get chicken gyro but the gentleman said the beef and lamb is always better and they were right! Place was very clean, cafe style but definitely will be going when I'm in the area, can't give it a 5 just yet, will have to go back to try other items on the menu. I'm so happy this place is in Lynnwood and very close to where I live! The portions are huge and the food is delicious! I shared the beef shawarma platter which came with rice & beef marinated in Mediterranean spices, hummus, pita bread, and side Greek salad. The beef was tender, rice was very flavorful, and the salad was refreshing. A great combo. We also had the Greek fries and they really loaded it with garlic sauce and feta cheese. Service was friendly and quick. Table seating can be limited when busy, there's like 6 tables. I look forward to coming back :) read more

By far the best Mediterranean food I've had in the area. There are so many Greek, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food places around the greater Seattle area but I've found a lot of them to be disappointing , and the food tastes nothing like it does in the med or Middle East. This place is the most authentic and delicious I have found so far . The lamb shawarma is so well seasoned and the humus delicious too . Super friendly staff and delicious food . I was bummed because I ordered regular fries, and I received Greek fries. After tasting the Greek Fries, my daughter and I were no longer bummed! Wow ! They were so good! Go Greek are big geek both are acceptable but this place will make you go Greek. It is absolutely wonderful and the meat is fresh and delicious. The gyros are terrific. Salads have wonderful dressing. Their food is tasty and rice employees have smiles on their face. Very impressive, one man took care 4 customers very well. I ordered from the gyro grill internet gyro platter & large greek fries. All was superior in flavor, my favorite was the garlic sauce with the Fresh French fries, he also add season and garnish. Gyro platter includes pita bread, lamb meat with saute onions, has a lot flavor so good, toss greek salad also awesome, and some dipping cream i don't know what it is but it is good taste. This place is good. Like, GOOD good. I ordered delivery from here after being stuck at home recovering from the big C virus and even with a limited sense of taste and smell plus the food having a chance to be cooled down sitting in the delivery driver's car while they made other stops along the way, I was plowing through the dishes I got until I really couldn't stuff myself any more. I ordered the lamb and beef gyro platter that came with rice, hummus, Greek salad, and pita, plus a side of Greek fries and baklava (I know - a lot for one person, but I saved some for future me to enjoy). Starting with the Greek fries - they are GENEROUS with their garlic sauce and feta cheese. You will not have a single dry fry to worry about, and that's coming from someone who likes a LOT of sauce. Those who prefer a hint of sauce might find it to be too much but I disagree and that's a hill I'll proudly stand on. I love that you can actually pick up on the garlic flavor and it isn't just a cream sauce. The gyro platter was also amazing. Salad had fresh veggies and there was a big dollop of tasty hummus topped with chickpeas and a drizzle of oil and kalamata olives. The rice was so well seasoned, with tender strips of gyro meat on top. I'm not kidding when I say that every single bite was flavorful and had my eyes either bulging or rolling into my head after each bite. And remember - my tastes buds are not at 100% right now! Baklava - what a way to top off the meal. I got the original walnut one and found that the piece is plenty enough for two servings (even if I ate it in one). It's sugary, nutty, and flaky; everything you could ask for in a dessert. I will definitely order here again when I'm feeling better - would like to dine in or at least pick up myself so I can experience it fresh out of the kitchen. read more

This is the best Greek food in the MLT, lynwood, and Edmonds, area. We have been here several times and it never disappoints. We love the chicken shawarma, Greek fries, and their hummus. Excellent delicious meal!! We shared the Falafel/cauliflower meal and also ordered the lentil soup separately to share. It was amazing! Best Falafel and best cauliflower I've ever had! Their rice was seasoned beautifully!! And the rolled up baklava was crispy with a lovely creamy filling! Definitely do yourself a favor and eat there! You know that thing you've been meaning to do? But you keep putting it off because something is never quite perfect. It's either not the right moment, you're not in the right mood, you're nowhere near the object of your desire, etc. Next week, you say. Certainly this month. And then a month goes by and you can't believe you forgot about that thing until now. Always some reason. The thing I've been meaning to do? I've been meaning to eat shawarma. Yeah, I know I didn't unleash a massive life lesson. I've just been really wanting to eat shawarma for like a year or seven now and I've just neglected to make it happen. Until tonight. Up here staying in Lynnwood visiting friends for what should be a lovely extended weekend and my lovely bride of 30 years suggested, "hey, you've been wanting this for a while...let's make it happen TONIGHT." So here we are, Friday night around 7:00 and I place an order for Lamb Shawarma. Wife ordered the Shish Tawook (chicken). We also ordered the Dolmades and a Baba Ghanoush and some extra pita because I'm on vacation and calories don't exist on vacation. I know this because the chatbot told me so. The order was ready and waiting when I got there, which was only like 12 minutes later. Literally in and out in 30 seconds except the owner asked "first time here?" Yep. Blessed me with some small baklava. Fabulous! The shawarma hit the spot in every imaginable way. That lamb was tender, and packed with flavor. Everything stuffed into the pita with it harmonized perfectly--the veggies even down to some small slices of pickle just elevated this massive Lebanese sandwich. Chicken tasted great and oh that rice was heavenly! So beautifully floral. Baba ghanoush and Dolmades were both fantastic. Everything you'd expect. Pita was very fresh. Absolutely made our night, and those baklava were really good too! We're up here in the area at least once or twice a year and we'll definitely be keeping Gyro Grill on our list. There's a whole lot else on the menu I want to try now. read more

They have a small refrigerated section that had various cheeses, a few prepared frozen items, and various meats, falafel, and gyro slices. If you are looking for a specific Mediterranean ingredient or item, my guess is that your best luck in the area is looking here. They also had an assortment of plates and dishes, and other items that could be considered gifts. Prices were reasonable, especially for items that I'm sure they pay to import. I bought a huge jar of Green oregano for $5.99. They didn't have much in the deli case, but I tried the baklava, which I found to be flavorful, but very dry (perhaps old). Will definitely revisit this place to try some of their other items.
