We went to the mini golf place for a bit and wandered over to Haagen-Daz to give it another try. Not as disgusting, but kinda grody. I decided to take a hard pass. Truly a shame. The place seriously needs a management overhaul. This location is not run with cleanliness and hygiene as a top priority. The ice cream ALWAYS has frostbite that is not scraped off. Delicious ice cream and a great variety of flavors. But the hygiene needs improvement. As one lady was scooping the ice cream into my cone, her co-worker was casually picking her nails right on top of the open freezer. Ice cream is delicious they never fail with any flavors I've had. The service is a quick in and out service which we do not mind at all and consider the fact that since it's located inside the brickell center mall it's always so packed. Only down side of this location in specific it's that it gets packed really really fast and easily since it's a very small store. I mean seriously this will be very short it's Häagen-Dazs the ice cream is not the cheapest but the quality is really good and taste delicious. I had the Coconut pineapple ice cream which was really good. Loved the pineapple chunks it has and the coconut ice cream wears very creamy. This place is really nice and conveniently located at the Brickell City Center. I recommend a stop here as they have ic cream, shakes and even coffee for those in need of that hit of caffeine. I like how clean they keep this location and my only recommendation is maybe add a couple of small tables so you can enjoy your ice cream if you want inside the store. Deliciousness in a cup, or waffle bowl I should say. What initially drew me to this place was there ad in the window about berry smoothies. I usually go to Dr. Smood for those but I was a bit intrigued when I saw that. The Wildberry smoothie looked so enticing I just had to go in. Now TBH I wasn't intending to get any ice cream because I wanted the smoothie. I was craving something fruity plus my body needed it. Natural sugars at the end of the day are better than unnatural ones. Anyhow, when I inquired about the smoothies and they said that they make them with yogurt or strawberry sorbet I was kind of iffy about it. The girl behind the counter was nice enough to let me sample the sorbet but I wasn't a fan so then I just said you know what I'll get ice cream. Wasn't planing to because I can get Haagen Danz anywhere in a pint to take home and it costs a pretty penny for a small pint but I said who cares, it's the end of the week. I deserve a treat lol So I went all out (even though it's def not vegan what I got) and got good ole ice cream that never disappoints. Is it better than Venchi in BCC, I wouldn't say so, but then again it's a totally different product. It's traditional ice cream like Ben &Jerry's. We had a truly horrible experience this evening at this location. We go to BCC on a regular basis and the same for this Haagen-Dazs. I am reluctant to ever go against. The individual at the register was extremely arrogant, rude and condescending. We asked a very polite question in regards to one of the three ice creams that was ordered only to get an insanely rude response from the cashier. She was rude ! Begining and end of story. We ultimately said we did not want that particular flavor. She then angrily threw that order in the trash. There were many other ways that this should have been handled. After walking out, I took a bite out of it, a hair was BAKED INTO the muffin!
