I had by far the worst experience at this place. I understand that showing up to a place 4 kids isn't pleasant but being nice doesn't hurt. This is exactly why I don't go out and this lady just made it worst. I had my kids handled pretty well I had my 2 youngest in a stroller strapped and the oldest with the one kid that had the phone watching Netflix while I had the other one in my hand by my side the entire time. I shopped for a few minutes but from the start the owners made ugly faces and comments like "we don't sell toys or kids clothes" like if that's the only thing that interest me and since that comment was enough for me to leave she kept eyeing me and got mad because I was stand in one place eyeing things from away because she blocked the part so I wouldn't go that way but I thought I understand she got scared because of my kids and whatever so I'll just look from a far and if I like anything I'll ask her to get it for me but No she decide to tell me to get away from there so at this point I had enough I put everything back and took my kids to the car I was parked right ft in front so I went back and told her she was a "bitch" and btw all alterations are just as good in the swap meet and way cheaper read more

Amy is so sweet and I'll definitely be back for any future alteration needs! I recently moved to OC and found her through Yelp. I walked in on Tuesday morning with 4 pairs of pants and 2 jeans that needed to be hemmed/buttons fixed. She quoted me $45 for everything (what!! I was shook) and a turnaround time of Thursday/Friday. Thursday afternoon I called to see if she was still at the store (it was a couple minutes past 4:30 PM) and she said she could wait for me to get there; luckily I was only 5 mins away. Once I got home I tried everything on and they all fit exactly like I wanted them to. She is a fabulous seamstress and her prices are fair, if not, a steal! I can't help but tip generously cuz she's so sweet, honest, and very genuine. My grandmother recommended her shop after finding a prom dress that was two sizes too big for me. Amy did a wonderful job of altering it to fit my frame. I now have formal business attire that needed hemming and was happy to find this place still existing 7 years later!! And it's exactly how I remember it. Miss Amy is the sweetest and most wonderful seamstress / tailor in the world! She let out my bridesmaids dress a bit and put darts in the bust for a VERY reasonable price. She learned her trade starting many years ago, and can pretty much do anything you desire to your clothes without charging you more than what you paid for the actual attire. I was on my way to a different alterations place when I passed by her thrift / alterations store and decided to take a chance. I explained that I was having a hard time with my dress because it was wayyyy too tight, but the bust area was baggy. I had tried losing weight just to fit into the thing, but my doctor didn't recommend that I suddenly try to lose a lot of weight because I have thyroid issues. I was fretting and worrying because, you know, bridesmaids have due dates, and I was stressed that I would ruin the wedding or spend a gazillion dollars trying not to ruin the wedding. I am so glad that I found Miss Amy. She literally loves to make her customers happy. She told me she came out on Sunday to do my dress because she wanted to do it when the store was most peaceful... so sweet. Plus it only takes her a blink of an eye to do what most people will take forever on! I have found my forever alterations person!
